The waitress was super nice, a good selection of food choices. A large buffet as well to pick from.

Food was hot and came out fairly quickly.

A little pricey for breakfast though.

I first noticed Mezza Restaurant from the menu posted in the elevator and was excited to try the Eggs Benedict. When I got to the restaurant, I learned that menu isn’t available on weekends. A little disappointing at first, but I chose another dish instead—and it turned out to be surprisingly delicious! Great food overall, just be aware the menu may vary depending on the day.

I don’t know why I see bad reviews here and tbh , this is a straight 5 star place no doubt.
I ordered avocado toast with poached eggs and a chocolate croissant.
The taste of these made me sooooooo happy that I had to thank the chef personally ,well made , extremely delicious.
This would definitely be my go to place for breakfast.
The chef name is Adonis espino, and it’s was honored to see him and thank him in person .

Beside the food , the people working there are effective and caring , and I really appreciate their service.

I went there and asked for a steak sandwich. At the time of payment they gave me a receipt of 33 dollars but my bank account reflected 190. It’s been 3 months since that. I’m still waiting to solve this be aware …

This Place, Being in a Hotel, Surprised Me with Good Food.

I’ve always been weary about restaurants connected to hotels, but this one was good. I think hotels are starting to step up their offerings and using restaurants as another revenue stream for business trips and folks vacationing at their properties. The restaurant has a nice set-up with a typical dining room and a section near large windows, almost giving you the feeling of being outside, but still being able to avoid the humidity and enjoy air conditioning. I ordered their Chicken Lettuce Wraps and was met with a lot of toppings and a generous portion of chicken. The lettuce pieces looked a little too small to make wraps that would’ve been easy to hold so I just chopped everything up and had a chicken salad. My recommendation would be to get large pieces of lettuce and/or use Bib lettuce. Not a big deal at all, because the veggies were fresh and the chicken flavorful. One other note of caution is ordering soda—I asked for a Coke Zero and got it in a can. They don’t have fountain drinks, so beware that you will get a single-serving can. Again, not a big deal, but the servers should let patrons know that’s what they’ll get.

Overall, this was a good restaurant in a good hotel. I would recommend this place for lunch or dinner, especially if you want a quick/easy meal in a hotel after a long day of traveling.

Staying at the hotel so it is convenient.
Food and service were good but it was on the pricey side and a 20% tip was added to the bill… you like it or not.

We were going to a show at the Kravis Center which is across the street. The show was supposed to start at noon and be 90 minutes. I booked the reservation at Mezze in the Hilton West Palm Beach online for 1:45 pm. The show started 5 minutes late and there was an intermission. Consequently we arrived at the restaurant at 2 pm. We stood around for about 5 minutes as there was no-one to greet us. I inquired at the adjacent sandwich store and was informed that the restaurant closes at 2 pm. I was advised to go to the poolside restaurant called La Playa. Someone at the bar said to sit at a table and a waiter would be with me. We sat waiting for 15 minutes then left. Do better Hilton!

Came on 8/6 for lunch at 12pm got sat, didn’t meet the server until 12:15pm… after asking the host. Asked for water and coffee and ordered food …. Didn’t get the water/coffee until 12:30 (host said to server “30 mins for water”) … after again asking the front desk.. finally got the food at 1:07pm which is okay but the tuna tar tar was god awful and fishy. Didn’t not finish felt gross after taking one bite. Not only was this the worst experience ever server and food wise. The server had the guts to add 20% tip. After being a god awful server. Crazy….. never once asked how the food was or apologized for the terrible service.

Sloppy staff and terrible service—skip this place. Instead, head across the street to the RH Rooftop. We left after being seated at a wet table, waiting 15 minutes for a waiter, and being told the kitchen was closed (it wasn’t). Ordered two cocktails, but ultimately had to leave when staff made my friend uncomfortable. A little racist—like much of Florida. But RH? A dream.
