The dining room looked really good. Much better than I expected. The store was very organized and well stocked. I ordered the enchiladas supreme and they were good but would have been much better if they were made with cornmeal tortillas instead of flour. The taste was good but the meal was kind of gloomy.

Friendly little place set off the side of the road in the middle of nowhere with a small Hispanic market type convenience store on the other side. The menu surprisingly offered a nice variety. The food was good, and the people were friendly.

Visit 1 – Best Chili Colorado I’ve eaten.
Visit 2 – Chili Colorado was nowhere near as good as the first time. Wife ordered the burritos.. one chicken, one beef. They came out both beef. Not sure what’s going on. Maybe different cook? We’ll give it another try soon.
Visit 3 – Chili Colorado was good this time. Beer was cold.
4) waitress did not speak English. Made it hard to communicate with her. Brought wrong beer. Drank it anyway. Food was great

This is my new favorite mexican food place. The food was great, the service was quick (my order was to go but the restaurant looked nice inside), and the prices were great. They gave me a green sauce with my to go order, I think it is salsa verde, but didn’t ask, and it was so fresh and tasty.
