Ordered extra sauce. It looks like light sauce, can barely taste it. No garlic sauce on crust. Ordered well done, not well done. Third time calling and complaining about the order. They said last time getting refund. Will have to drive back and forth, if there’s a next time, understandable. I have NEVER had an issue with Domino’s on Village Road.
If you want quality pizza from Domino’s, don’t go to Ploof Road location. Go to Village Road.
I’m done with the bad quality at Ploof Road.
Also, the shorter, lady manager is not good.

If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would at this point. We have ordered from this Domino’s 5-6 times now. We are a pizza loving family and pretty laid back in what we require. The last 4 times we have ordered from this particular branch, our order has either been delivered very late or wrong. We were patient the first 3 times (despite having a home full of hungry kids and guests) but this last time I just felt like it was so insulting. The staff seems really overwhelmed when I speak with them and the solution is always to wait another “2 hours” to get our order, a “discount for next time,” or a “credit.” The delivery folks are nice but I have no clue why they deliver the wrong orders. I have worked at 2 pizza places as a young adult and never got an order wrong. I don’t know why this is such a mess at this location.
And what I hate about ALL of these resolution options each time is that I can roll the dice and wait 2 hours to see if they get it right and end up HANGRY by the time they get here, or order elsewhere and wait up to an hour for that place….either way…it’s a house full of hungry people, now furious. Unfortunately, we are just taking Domino’s out of our pizza options now. One incident is understandable, 2 we could let slide, but 4 is just aggravating. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this store like the plague. It’s a shame because Domino’s is our favorite chain pizza place but it looks like we are gonna have to turn our loyalty to a different chain now. We have NEVER had an issue with Papa John’s or Pizza Hut. So sad.

I appreciate my delivery order being remade, but after the rude experience I had from the CSR via phone and then in person to receive my full refund, I don’t feel comfortable eating anything made by Meadow or from this Dominos location again.

I received a salad the corner of the packaging was not sealed and the salad inside is brown and slimy. I called they said they could give me a credit for a new salad which I would never want after seeing this. I told them I would like a refund and they were talking in the background and said OK I’ll have my manager do it when I come in and hung up on me. Some customer service.

In regards to fast food pizza, I enjoyed this pizza very much. Thin crust large pepperoni with onions and green peppers for only 8 bucks! (2nd pizza: large thin crust, garlic parm sauce with ham, bacon, spinach and tomatoes. Purchased the following week.) My preference would have the veggies diced, but I’m not complaining. Plenty of cheese. Next time I’ll request extra sauce. All in all, I’m satisfied with this very affordable meal. Thin crust pizza is not always truly thin, however, Domino’s does an excellent job with this variety.

I didn’t have a big problem here before but now we keep having issues. They are taking longer and always missing items but today I ordered two 16 piece boneless chicken and the pieces were the smallest I have ever sen plus waiting an hour 1/2 and them getting my drink wrong. It’s getting harder to ignore the little mistakes.

Twice I’ve ordered from this Domino’s and twice they have canceled my order due to having no driver or not enough. But instead of letting me know right away they waited an hour. I will NEVER order from this Domino’s again.

Worst service iv ever had from any pizza establishment. They should at least know how to cut a pizza. Called to tell them about it and all he said was “yep alright”. Also the delivery guy Jonathan seemed to of had an attitude when handing over my order.

If i could give this place a ZERO I WOULD. Came to visit on vacation out of town and was treated poorly. Female manager that could t.guve her name is very rude. Delivery driver Brandon left my food on the floor in front of my room no knock on the door. So when i opened the door to check for the pizza, it was cold and over cooked to the point the crust was hard as a brick. Even the hotel front desk confirmed that this guy was rude to them because they jad seen him 3x in one day. DON’T ORDER HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME.
