Let me first compliment Jazmine on what great customer service is. She was nice and ready to help the customers. There was an issue with the bagel slicer, and she took care of the problem. Thank you, Jazmine. It is also appreciated that this location makes enough bagels on Tuesdays when they have their bagel special. Other locations in the high desert are sold out in the morning. They are loosing sales. I arrived at about 4 pm and still good selection of bagels. Thank you. Food is always good here. Broccoli Cheddar soup is moms favorite.

I’ve picked up from here several times as a DoorDasher and the employees always treated me great. I had my first experience as a customer yesterday, and it was so great, I’ll definitely be back. I ordered online, and picked up in the Rapid Pickup drive thru Lane. It was absolutely seamless. Crème Brûlée Latte was good. The Everything bagel was delicious, and my mom said the brownie I got her was great too. I hope this restaurant does well at this location. It’s a great addition to have on this side of town. Can’t wait to try their chicken noodle soup once it gets a bit colder outside.

Panera has delicious food that somehow makes it seem healthier. A lot of it is made with fresh ingredients for a better taste. I think they would see a greater influx of customers if they would just lower their prices a bit. I am also reluctant to buy bagels there because they are usually as hard as hockey pucks the next day.

Came in before the lunch rush and got our food pretty quickly. My first time coming to this location and it was clean and the service was good. I got the duet with the grilled cheese and tomato soup, my wife got a grilled chicken chipotle sandwich and Asian chicken salad. Haven’t had Panera in a while so it was nice to be able to come back to a good experience!

Even though they are expensive, their grilled cheese is usually good. But today they gave me the ends of the bread on Both sides of my full grilled cheese. Was the person making my food really that lazy to where they couldn’t have opened another pack of bread, or maybe the manager was making them use the ends to “save money” on food waste. Either way it sucked, hopefully next time I get normal bread slices as usual

Updated review: last time i was here i gave Panera a 5 star review – now it’s only 2 ! What happened?? The tables are dirty – service was slow- and they don’t bring the food to the tables anymore! I can’t believe there has been such a change! Really sad about my experience here. Next time I’ll do the drive through
Previous review from last year:I frequent this Panera and have used both the drive through and also dine in. Fast casual yet still cozy. The workers generally are courteous and the service is quick. Plenty of options as far as mobile ordering as well as use of their tablets for ordering.

I am a member of Paneras sip club and everytime I order a Iced Coffee I customize it for light half and half. Everytime my coffee is white! At this point I’m convinced they do it on purpose. I went 12/12/25 10:09 am in Victorville.

There’s is a HUGE deference from the time they open and now. They got so bad to the point that they made a mistake, again they made the mistake, when I showed them the invoice, the people where i take the food were not very polite and kinda mean accusing me of asking for more expensive drink. After I showed them the invoice, they got ticked. They made the drink so late i finished the whole meal then waited for some time before my drink was ready. The food at this location, for the 3 rd time not super good. This location really went down from when it opened.

Really good for my first time eating here and the staff was super friendly! We ate Alfredo and macaroni as well as a turkey sandwich! Definitely stop here if you’re cing through and there’s free parking too right in front. Hearing all these good things about Panera were proven right. But they should definitely carry some Tapatio on deck.

Unacceptable wait time for drive thru. 11 dollars for a sandwich which contains nearly nothing and a bag of chips no drink seems a little over priced. Definitely not spending my money at this Panera again. Bad experience.
