My fiancé and I met with Tracey and spoke with her about providing the meal after our wedding in Lake City. We stayed with them at the Alpine Moose lodge and came over for a full sampling of the most delicious selection! We have a crew full of allergies and they were able to accommodate every one of them! Tracey and her family went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was taken care of from plates to table coverings and everything in between! They provided our music, cake, and drinks as well. The space was PERFECT for what we needed and we didn’t stress about ANYTHING!! The pizza is to die for! The toppings are all fresh; the crust is unbelievable…. And the ranch and marinara are chefs kiss! Don’t forget dessert::: lemonade cake with strawberry puree Seriously cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us! So professional and showed care with everything they touched! Highly recommend!!!

First off, family owned places have their own charm and take a risk trying to make a go of it in a small mountain town. Was first time having designated Colorado style crust pizza. I had the veggie Fantastic airy crust and tasty sauce though it could use a bit more of it. A small could possibly feed two but not be full. I was stuffed eating it solo. Had an okay beer selection. Balancing staff with busy times presents its own challenge so helps explain some raters low reviews. I was content with my individual service. Seating arrangements and upgrades could be improved but were fine for me. Reasonable expectations for circumstances aren’t held by some. Nothing in my experience put me off. I’d definitely order the pizza again, though would try a different one.

Sliver slice catered my sisters wedding reception!! Not only was the food and service amazing but there were several of us guests in attendance with food allergies. Not only were they accommodating but the food was great!! Would definitely recommend if you are in Lake City!!

Service was poor but what was worse was how much a large pizza was with hardly any toppings. These other reviews and photos cannot be from the same restaurant. We ordered a large Canadian bacon with pineapple. Look at the photo. There was about 4 small pieces of pineapple and the same amount of tiny pieces of some type of ham. No, this was not worth it. We were the only ones there at first and after about 30 minutes I asked if we could have the pizza. I was told that it takes time to make them. Even the owner came out after I told the waiter I thought there wasn’t enough toppings. She said it looked a little light but did nothing about it. Too bad.

We dined here twice during our week stay in Lake City and there’s a reason we came twice! The breadsticks are so good, the kids love the mozzarella moons and fettuccini, while we got the Gouda cheeseburger pizza from the heavens. The service is the best, very accommodating and pleasant. The pizza crust has a garlic butter that is truly wonderful. The crust isn’t stuffed as you may expect from a sub-par pizza place. Instead, they fill the pie with all the toppings then fold the crust over so even the crust has the pizza fillings. It is from scratch and made to order so don’t expect at 5 minute turnaround. Embrace the Lake City slow pace and relax as they make your dishes while you wait. It’s worth the wait.

We have lived in many different places and by far, this is the best pizza I have ever had! Lake City is a very small mountain town and we were impressed with the quality and taste of this pie. Every bite was delicious. Not just crust or a bite empty of ingredients or sauce.. The staff and owners work hard and are proud of their well deserving pizza. I don’t like to eat off of paper plates but ? I am not going to reduce their rating because of that! Small town, limited staff but well worth the wait!
