Best French dip sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Their french fries are like a warm cozy blanket on a rainy day and your dad made you french fries. They’re so fresh and delicious! The staff treats you as if you’re Family and you’re just going to eat at grandma‘s house. Their meat is delicious and fresh. Everyone definitely needs to check this spot out! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I was following Oregon’s Indoor High Caliber Kitchen on Facebook for a couple weeks before they opened. I made it in the day after they opened and I was impressed. The interior has an open floor plan with plenty of tables and seating as well as a sitting “bar.” I ordered the Full Auto with fries and loved it. My daughter ordered a kids slider and it was literally an adorable mini hamburger. Everyone was super nice throughout my visit. My favorite part of the trip was two younger guys behind me reading the menu out loud.

We had lunch at High Caliber Kitchen for the first time today and it was delicious!!! My husband ordered his New York Strip steak medium and he said it was perfectly cooked. His mac n cheese side order was so good too. I ordered a turkey and cheese melt, with cheddar and pepper jack, with a side of fresh fries and house made ranch dressing and every bit of it was delicious!! Prices were exactly as I would expect; atmosphere was casual and friendly; staff were attentive, competent, and likable; we will definitely be returning!!!

We got both the specials tonight

And The Chefs amazing puerco de Chile!.
The food was absolutely spot on and full of flavor. After having a few minutes to try each item the chef came out and asked us how the food was. We learned his peurco de Chile recipe is a long standing recipe developed over many years! You can tell by the body of flavor truly a dish I could eat over and over and over again.
Service was Polite and helpful. We had some issues with the bill that were quickly rectified with ease. Before we got to leave the chef sent out a tasty treat that’s being toyed with for a possible upcoming holiday. I won’t spoil the surprise but when I say tasty and beautifully presented it’s no joke.!
Price is well worth what you receive and with the abundance of flavor you can’t go wrong!
I look forward to trying more dishes from them!
Atmosphere was good I’d love to see some more decor related to high caliber history for more of a visual touch but I also like to look around and observe while I’m waiting for my food. All in all this place was great the chef and ladies working tonight were wonderful.
