We came here after seeing Ice and the harbor fireworks since we decided to stay the night in the area. This place looked so exciting like stacked sweets on sweets that were designed to feed the eyes and soul but it’s a bit of an illusion. Like the cookies milkshake looked like it was stacked cookie crisps but you only get that if you buy the glass and they basically coat the glass so they can stick the cookie crisps on vs what looked to me initially like a delicious looking chipwich with cookie crisps. That’s what my partner ordered and I ended up adding cookie crisps that I added as toppings for my regular milkshake to his to make it better. My milkshake was meh. We’ve had a lot of milkshakes between the time we used to spend in Baltimore and the spots we have now found for nice thick flavorful milkshakes. I got a strawberry cheesecake one here. It was not thick like when you get killer ice cream base. It was more liquid and smooth with the candy sweetness instead of actual strawberry sweetness. For the wait and the price, I would pass next time.

We were not greeted when we walked in. One employee wore AirPods the entire time, and neither staff member smiled or engaged with customers at all. When our order was finally taken, the same gloves were used to clean, prepare food, and operate the cash register—completely unacceptable and unhygienic.
We visited on a Wednesday evening, and the place was not busy. While we were there, another family came in, looked at the menu, and eventually walked out because they were never acknowledged.
Very disappointing experience, especially for a place that’s supposed to be fun and welcoming.
We would love to hear feedback from the owners.

The ice cream is so creamy and delicious. They have a great variety. They also do extravagant shakes and sundaes with cupcakes, cotton candy, cookie dough, brownies and all sorts of creative additions that are quite impressive to look at, but also so good to eat!

I was happy with the milkshake/sundae. It was great. What ai wasn’t happy with was the experience. Visited this location at around 7:30 pm on Dec 17th 2025, we were not greeted when we walked in the door and were pretty much ignored for a few minutes before we were told to move to the register to order. The server took our order with gloves on and used the same gloves to make our food. Grabbing a doughnut with these dirty gloves.
I believe that the customer experience is just as or even more important than the food.

This was one of the most fun experiences! The staff is so friendly, helpful and patient. My wife and I both have nutrition restrictions and they were so patient to answer our questions and make suggestions that would work around them.
