Man I hate that I have to leave a negative review for this domino’s outlet. I have been getting pizza here since last year but last two delivery orders I got were just messed up. The pizza was shifted in the box during the delivery process. I love their pan pizzas but whoever is making them now is not making it right the dough is super thick. Cheese on the pizza is uneven and to make matters worse it was cut incorrectly. I wanted to be nice and did not leave a negative review last time thinking it was probably a one time mistake and as I respect everyone who work. But this is second time in a row. I hope the management can pay more attention to these issues discussed above for reference see the attached pics.

Haven’t had a problem with the food, but I am disabled and refuse to do delivery cause the first time I did with this store which mind you is a 4 minute drive from my place they charged me like $6-$7 for delivery and then the delivery person handed me my receipt said “that’s where you put the tip” and refused to leave till I tipped him. This caused my account to overdraw and go in the negatives once it was processed cause I didn’t plan on tipping (I didn’t have the money and didn’t know what to say cause I’ve never been demanded a tip before). So now I do car side delivery which I haven’t had a problem with till now. I guess by the time they finished my order car side hours were over so the app said I had to come into the store. I’m currently on a cane, struggle to walk and can’t really carry anything but I thought I could handle it since I really didn’t have any other choice. I asked when car side ended since I wanted to know so that I didn’t make the mistake of ordering outside those hours again, was met with “I don’t know” and the sign outside the door (attached photo) that’s supposed to have the hours listed doesn’t. 2 employees watched me struggle to not only carry my stuff but also heavily struggle to open the door to their store, once I got the door open I ended up dropping my sauces and struggled heavily and in pain to pick them up all while the 2 employees just watched, not offering help once, most I got was “have a good night” when I was finally out the door. Probably not going to order from this location again until I’m given their car side hours or until I’m off the cane and even then I’m still not too happy about how I’ve been treated, definitely not disability friendly.

All in all the food is solid and delivery times are good. My only complaint is that the driver Robert complains every time he comes to my house. He complains about how hard to find it is like it’s my fault when I’ve already given him crystal clear instructions ahead of time. 0/5 stars for Roberts customer service. 5 stars for everything else

You ALWAYS Have to call ahead here if you want your pizza made decently. It’ll have little to no crust on pieces, no cheese up to the edges or spread evenly all over even when you order double cheese. This time things even came burned. The quality keeps disappointing me.

Not sure when the previous general manager Reyna switched locations but ever since we have not recieved the same quality to which we once did from her when she was in charge. Food is always late now, seemingly either expired or just old altogether, in this case its very obviously burnt but also cold because our driver Robert took the 10 min + order to telge before bringing our order 3 mins across the street from the store & proceeded to make a snyde comment of “THANKS FOR THE TIP >:(” and basically runs away. Very disappointed, we miss Reyna. P.s upon calling the store there was only apology & assurance of notifying their general manager, no offer to fix the wrongings of now cold food.
UPDATE : My fiance called the next day to which the morning crew was much more pleasant and accommodating, we recieved a free remake in addition to a free marble cookie brownies & will continue our business here (as we were going to do anywhere bc its the the closest dominos & for some reason I only like dominos Alfredo sauce) big thanks to miss Cathy who was very sweet and helpful 🙂

Quality check was over an hour since I called store. Manager (woman I believe Andrea) was name of “manager” that claimed they did not have enough drivers, and her GM already knew about the issue. Told me she threw my pizza in oven to be “warm” and driver was 20 minutes away from store. So on top of the hour I’ve been waiting AFTER quality control, I’d be having to wait another 20+ for delivery driver to arrive to me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. No sorry, no refund, no credit was offered at all. Tip was given, and when I mentioned I’d be calling tomorrow to speak to another manager she said don’t bother they will not be in tomorrow 3:16/25. I cannot believe this location, nor “manager”. Never have I had an issue at this location until tonight. I will NOT be ordering from this location in the future. Save yourself the trouble

This is the absolute worst dominos I have ever had to deal with. They refuse to deliver my food to me even after they confirm to me that they do deliver to my address. Even spoke to the corporate office and they confirmed that this location in fact does deliver to me. Apparently they run dominos not the other way around. The manager I spoke with tonight told me she over rules the 2 different individuals that did take my orders after I asked them if they do deliver to my address and still canceled both orders just tonight. She was very extremely rude to me and basically said she didn’t care what they said. I have never been treated so poorly by any business before. If this is how they are treating their customer they need to close down. Pizza Hut is right around the corner from them and treat all their customers way better. That so called manager needs to be fired on the spot!!!!

Honestly for the first time ever In my life a dominoes goes above and beyond to make it right! I received the wrong order, and when I called they were so polite, told me they were going to remake my order and deliver it. Took them like 15 minutes to make good on their promise.
