Edit 6/20/21: we spoke with the store manager because our refund was never processed and he apologized for what happened on this day. They were able to remake our order and the food was great today . I give this place 4 stars as sometimes their crazy bread can be hit or miss .

6/13/21: Ordered pizza today at 11:00a on the app for pickup between 11:30a-11:40a the current time is 12:06p and there is no one here at all. I can’t even contact corporate to get a refund for my order. Would have been nice if the app would have not allowed anyone to order food if the store was not being ran by any employees today. That is why this location is getting a 1 star today. Other days we didn’t have issues but today is something else

I ordered a cheese pizza because I don’t eat pork. The cheese was so thin that it was burnt on top, and there were empty spaces where it was just bread. It was disgusting. Which normally I don’t have this problem. I called asking to speak to a manager, and I can hear the employee that answered the phone mocking me. Why she thought that was ok to do tells me more about management. Then the manager kept stopping me when i was trying to explain the situation on the phone. Instead, he assumed I was lying or trying to take advantage for a free pizza. He said we get a lot of people doing that. Well, just because other people do it doesn’t mean we all do it. I took the pizza back yo the store and still no apologies, no kind words, nothing. At this point, I was pissed! The customer service was horrible, this was the worst experience I’ve had here and they have messed up before, but nothing like this to where i have to complain. They need new management.

Went in to order one time and saw one male employee was eating food in the back right where they make the pizzas and probably out of sight of the cameras),and the employee in front(dealing/talking with the customers was chewing gum). Ordered crazy bread,this is what I received-at least 2 of them are dinky little things,and employees could be a lot nicer,had one just gave me my food and didn’t say nothing

One of the worst experiences I had going to Little Cesar’s. Online order given about 45 minutes time before pick up. The order was simple, two pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread. I waited in the store an additional 15 minutes after the 45 minutes I gave them to get the order done. The reason you put an order in online is so you don’t have to wait around in the store as they are literally making the food in front of you. That’s a minor gripe I realize.

What made the experience terrible was the lady at the register at that time, no nametag so I couldn’t say the name but she had basically half blonde hair and half roots of dark hair, she had the look of I hate my job and I hate every customer that walks in on her face. Shot dirty looks at me and I never said a word, never asked about my order or anything. After finally a total of an hour start to finish my order was complete (absolutely abysmal service time for LC.) I remembered that on my way in I saw a hand written sign on the door that said cash only. The Issue I have with that is I clearly saw people using their card while I was waiting for my food. I figured it might be interesting to the owner that what I assume would be half his business is being shunned away before they enter the door and the half that do go through are getting terrible service even though I see four people working.

A couple of the employees try. I walked in to order and was ignored for 5 minutes so I left, ordered online and went to pickup dinner at the other spots before coming back. When I got back again I stood inside for 5 minutes until someone asked if I had been helped. In that 5 minutes someone left their shift but made no attempt to check on the people waiting. The 1 person who asked if I had been helped and my name got me my order as soon as it was done and apologized. He was fantastic.

This was my pizza how did it get this greasy it tasted so bad and no one was able to eat it and some didn’t want to even try it I payed 30 bucks for this unbelievable.

I order from Little Caesars at least one a week on the app but the new app will not let you order thin crust so the only way to order is to call which uses workers time and I have to give my info out!

Tried to place an online order only got multiple error messages. Tried to call in the order over the phone was place on hold where I could hear all the conversations for over 5 minutes before I hung up and tried to call back. Everytime I called the call couldn’t go through cause the line was busy.

Last 3 times I’ve stopped they didn’t have any pizzas ready. Always a “10 to 15 minute wait” that turns into a solid 30 minute wait. Might as well order from somewhere else and get a fully cooked pizza.
Also they tend to under cook the pizza significantly.
