This place is an absolute JOKE!!! The last several times I’ve dined in/ carry out something always goes wrong and every time it’s the young red headed lady-Mary. She doesn’t know what she is doing. She wouldn’t even wait on us. I had to go to the front to order our pizza and drinks bc no one even acknowledged us!

This is probably the worst location I have been to an Unfourtnately for me I’m local. I placed my order at 4:45 pm with supposedly a 15 min wait. The show up at 5:10 pm and somehow we have lost my order but can have it ready in 5 min. Then 5:35 pm rolls around I get told it was made wrong the second time a they would have to start over. Keep in mind all while tryin to get to work at 6:00 pm. Will standing there I never seen a pizza go in the over I honestly don’t think it was ever made. So just keep in mind iv u don’t have 2 hours to wait for the to cook you food or on the off chance get it correct spend your money elsewhere. This is not the first time this has happened this location is progressively getting worse.

I’m not a huge fan of Pizza Hut because, let’s be real, quality has taken a nosedive over the years. But, I stopped in today because, hey, it was quick. Let me tell you how amazing Ms. Laura is!! Bless her. She’s a one-woman show, taking orders, making pizza, bringing it all to you, keeping your drink full and cleaning. And all with a big, beautiful smile. She will definitely brighten your day.

Tried to phone in order. Took 4 calls to get a person to answer phone. Immediately asked to be put on hold, I said “no” and was told ” we are very busy” . On hold 10 min. Finally hung up and drove to restaurant to find workers chatting with friends at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. Restaurant completely empty.

This is our third online order (I try to give a place at least 3 attempts before putting anything negative) but every time, our pizza has come with little to no toppings, and it looked like it slid all over the backseat. This pizza is too expensive to not get the toppings. We ordered a 3 topping large, it had about 15 total pepperoni, a few pieces of sausage and no beef, our third topping. Not going back.

This was our first time in Jackson Al. We decided to stop at Pizza Hit for the buffet. The service was incredible and the food was even better! We’re from Mississippi, but we will be occasionally making a trip over here just for the Pizza Hut!

Gloves really need to be worn by the employees handling food. Watched an employee assemble a pizza immediately after handling a transaction. Also, only one employee was really doing most of the work while 5 others walked around not doing much.

I don’t know what has changed within the past few months, but this place has definitely gone downhill. I have waited over an hour for my order on several different occasions. It’s ridiculous at this point. Someone please step in and bring this place back to life because right now I give it 0 stars.
