Ok, first of all , I Dont like to leave bad messages because working with the public is hard but damn… the girl working tonight at exactly 730pm at the DeKalb oasis subway was rude as heck. I walked up and she was already in a mood.. to the lady before me, the worker was hecka rude and didn’t seem to want to be there. When it was my turn, I walked up, asked for 2 salads and 1 foot long sandwich. The first thing out of her mouth was –im closing soon– then when I repeated my order of 2 salads and 1 footlong, she said NO FOOTLONG! She didn’t say why or anything, she just refused. If my husband wasnt a diabetic and needed to eat at subway because it was the only place he could get a semi ok meal, I would have never stopped here.
I love subway in general but this girl working tonight has ruined it. To make things worse, she lieterally just threw everything on top of one another(in the bowls) and then when I was about to pay, she was rude and almost threw our food at us. Rude , bad service, I wont be coming back.
Also, I forgot to add that when m husband was eating his salads, because I had to order him two since she wouldn’t add extra meat..even thought told her I would pay for it.. he was eating and 3 flies flew outside. the damn salad. I told him to throw it away.
Life is hard for diabetic people and then when stuff like this happens, it makes you never want to eat out/on the go.
My husband and I are driving home hungry and even after spending 23 dollars on two salads–which is crazy for two small salads with flies in them– we will have to wait until the next available stop where we might be able to get something suitable for a diabetic diet.

Everything was fine till we found a hair inside the sandwich, lady who made the sandwich didn’t even have her hair up or a hair net. Got my money back but they definitely need them to wear hair nets

I ordered online for another location after I confirmed it I was that it send the order to this location. I had called them about 10 times right after sending it to let them know that I need to cancel the order. No answer what’s so ever and when I called subway customer service the lady proceeded to tell me that he could not give me a refund if they made the order. I have not heard a reply from them since and it’s been two day! I didn’t even eat the food.
