Service was okay upon entering. We immediately ordered egg rolls and crab rangoons. The ONLY reason those were finished was because we were starving. It was wayyyy over cooked and the egg rolls flavor was horrible. Rangoons flavor 3/5 would’ve been better if not burnt. They also don’t tell you prices increase from online to in store- and not by a quarter or few scents but 3-5$ on some items. When we got our pho and combination plate the flavors were good.. it was honestly saving the visit then we were swarmed by bugs. We asked to move the bugs followed. We were just going to take the food to go but the server never came back. We gave up fighting the bugs and they took over the food. No apologies or nothing just a check. WILL NOT be back.

The food is delicious! The customer service could be better but respectfully authentic food doesn’t come with American service. You can’t get both and I’m willing to give up the “American” service for the great food! Don’t get me wrong though, everyone’s VERY nice. They refilled our waters and picked up our trash and even worked with our modification, they were just a little slow but I’ll definitely come back.

Food was really good. The food took 50 minutes to come I kept getting asked what kind of pho and size 3 times. I was the only person in restaurant when ordered and the other two people already eating. The price of this was $27. The heat wasn’t one the staff had on coats. I would say if you’re on a lunch break don’t risk it but if you want to try at dinner maybe come. I really couldn’t enjoy food because I had to leave for a meeting.

I wouldn’t recommend dining here. While the pho itself was decent and the first two employees were friendly, the overall experience was ruined by an older man wearing a blue striped shirt who was extremely rude and made us feel rushed out of the restaurant. The vermicelli dish was outright unpleasant. Dining out should feel welcoming, not uncomfortable. Until customer service improves and staff treat guests with respect, I wouldn’t return or suggest this place to others. The establishment is not that clean and looks like a storage unit.

GREAT FOOD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We went on a very slow Friday night it was maybe 3 other tables there. Placed our orders at 7:45 by 8:15 we hadn’t even received our drinks. The employees were arguing so my boyfriend went to inquire about or food the server said it’d be a few more minutes he had to ask if we could get or drinks while we waited finally after another 10 minutes we got our pho before or appetizers. Moths were flying around the table and the sauces were expired the waiter said they just refill old bottles.

My husband had to take our pet to the vet a couple doors down and stopped in while waiting, he ordered the calamari and combination
fried rice. The calamari didn’t make it home but he said it was the best he ever had. I took a bite of the other fish when he came home- it was sitting for over an hour and I took a bite- I will tell you this was the best first bite I’ve taken of any dish in a long long time. It was fresh and clean tasting in the best way. A hidden gem. 10/10. He said the service was great. I would wait for food like this!!!! Yum yum yum dant wait to go back

Came in for Pho today because with this crazy Texas weather….it was needed. Decided on a new spot instead of our usual. Came in and was very quiet, however it was past lunchtime. Very clean, nicely decorated, and was greeted immediately

We always get spring rolls but this place had so many varieties which was great. We settled on boiled shrimp spring rolls and 2 eye of round and lean brisket pho’s (1 large, 1 small). Loved that they had pictures of the meat options.

Spring rolls were fabulous! The peanut sauce was soooo good.

Pho broth was good, nothing over the top. We noticed very quickly that there was very little meat. Literally 4 pieces of brisket and barely noted any eye of round. Additionally, the noodles were still very stuck in their form and really had to wait for them to keep cooking and really working them apart with a fork and chop stick. I’ve never had to do this with my noodles any other time I’ve had pho. Jalapeños were not freshly sliced, you could see where the edges were dried up. Basil had a slimy film on it so that was disappointing.

Once it was jazzed up with sriracha, lime. etc, it wast too bad.

Service was quick and friendly. I get the check and realize there’s a 10% inflation fee added. I’m all for understanding inflation however, I do not feel in any way we received $40 worth of food. Had there been more meat and fresh ingredients, I wouldn’t argue the inflation up charge. Overall, I was disappointed. My daughter asked we go to our normal spot next time (Khan’s on McCart).

My wife has been craving pho for the longest so we decided to have a little date night and decided to stop by here. As we walked in, it took a while to get greeted, the restaurant was not busy either as you can see in the photos. I asked for the dumplings and calamari as appetizers. As we feasted in, what me and my wife noticed is how chewy the calamari is. It was so overcooked to where I thought they served me bread… truly one of the worst calamari appetizers I’ve had ever. The dumplings were okay. As we moved on to our main course, My wife loved her meal. She said the broth was “perfect” so I took a taste for myself and I must say it was quite delicious. As I took a bite into my meal, I noticed the fried rice was drenched in oil. Some bites literally tasted like salt. As a overall experience I must give this place a 2 star review. If the service was just a tad bit better, this place is easily a 3 star Restaurant.

Hidden GEM!!! This place has fantastically delicious banh mi. This time we started with the grilled shrimp spring rolls (i usually only see boiled, so that’s fun), and then got a chicken banh mi. The BREAD was so soft and slightly sweet. They had a really tasty spicy sauce paired perfectly with crunchy carrot and cilantro. You can get it with fries, salad or sweet pita fries. The sweet potato fries were pepper seasoned and wonderful. Another surprise stand out was the cold jasmine tea which came sweetened with honey! Yum!
Definitely check this place out 🙂 service was all smiles, super fast, and friendly!
