There is no such thing as customer service at this location. Had an issue with the kiosk so went to the front counter and couldn’t get service so we went back to the kiosk. Got it fixed ,got our meals and the spicy chicken nuggets were like rubber ! Gross!!!! Definitely could use some decent help in this location as well as some management.

The young man who waited on me this evening is a asset to this restaurant.. the hamburger was good”” the bake potato not really it was lukewarm but the customer service was excellent, I think his name was Arron”” he was friendly,polite and helpful..in today’s mediocre usually terrible and unfriendly fast food service I was so pleasantly pleased that I would come back ( based on his customer service skills alone””) to eat based on his service.. Used the drive through. They forgot the spoons, napkins, sour cream for potatoe, salt, sauce for the nuggets and straws. Had to go back and get these ask for items. Cold fries that were soggy.

Used the mobile app @ about 7:30pm on 8/29 to place my order. Upon arriving they had not received the order. I spoke to the staff and we confirmed the it was the correct location and that I did get charged for the order. They made it right and got my order prepared. Nice to see great customer service being prioritized over relying on technology that isn’t always perfect.

I got my food, it was Wendy’s. The Beef was definitely fresh never frozen, I think the dipping sauces at Wendy’s are mid no cap. Gotta Step Up The Sauce Boss Ya Dig. Rosie was very kind in making sure I got my chocolate Frosty before the rest of my food.

Has fantastic food and the boy that gave it to me was so nice being patient with me even though I kept changing my order. He even suggested a way to spend less money. The store is very clean. Definitely the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve been to.

Arrived to Wendy’s and waited at the counter to be acknowledged. After a wait, we were told to turn around and use the kiosk on the wall to order our food. We seemed surprised as there were 3 employees standing around talking. We walked over to the kiosk to order our food and wanted to choose a different side than fries but the kiosk was not allowing us to do so. My husband asked one person behind the counter how to change the side option and we were told there isn’t a way to do so. We promptly left without ordering and drove to the next light down and ate at Dairy Queen. No wonder Dairy Queen is packed with customers and Wendy’s is empty. When arriving to Dairy Queen we were greeted quickly and placed our order with an actual human. We’ll gladly pass this Wendy’s on our way to Dairy Queen from now on.
