The staff were so sweet and kind. I thought they closed at 11, but actually did at 10 and I showed up at 9:50 after getting off a very late day at work. They still offered to make it despite me telling them that they didn’t have to and were so nice about everything. Thank you for making my very rough day a little better, much appreciated 🙂

Placed an online order at 7:45pm to pickup at 8:30pm. Got there at 8:25pm, told the worker my name and he said its in the oven, will be another 5 minutes. Initially it was no problem, they were quite busy and I was early. While waiting, I can see in the warmer there is an order that could possibly be mine, but he had looked at it and said nothing. 20 minutes passed and a different worker comes out and asks for my name, low and behold, he grabs out the order I had thought was mine. It had been sitting the whole time. I get it, accidents happen, these were the BBQ boneless wings I recieved. Kind of pathetic to say the least. The pizza wasn’t much better.

Went to a k-wings game and got a free cheese bread. Called and confirmed of they were valid. They said they would take it off when we showed the ticket. Placed the order and went to pick up to let us know that they were the only location that didn’t do it. AFTER I CALLED TO CONFIRM

Good pizza and subs, always really tasty and usually a reliable location. The last time I ordered I got an Italian sub with lettuce and tomato on the side, the sub was really good but the bag of lettuce was browned and smelled of compost.
