I never write reviews, but I need to publicly confess my love for BeneBlends. BeneBlends is the thing that motivates me every Sunday morning to leave my comfortable bed and go out in the elements and do my long run. A blueberry pie bowl is my reward, and I think about it the entire run. The kid who works at the Verona shop on Sundays knows me and my order and is always smiling when I come to the drive-up window. My life would be sadder without BeneBlends in it.
When I first started going to BeneBlends I thought it was silly to get a smoothie in a bowl. The point of a smoothie is that it’s easy to consume on the go, right? No utensils necessary! I WAS SO WRONG. Get the bowl, I beg of you. The toppings are what elevate it from something good to something special. I try other things on the menu occasionally, but I always come back to the BBPB. ❤️

One of the few places where my body feels better after eating! Usually love it here, and also had a great experience with Allie in Verona. I ordered a smoothie online, but it came out as a bowl. She not only immediately offered to and remade it for me as a smoothie, but also gave me the bowl for free. Mind you, the bowls are more expensive than the smoothies. Also paid attention to allergy needs and substitution requests, in both the bowl and smoothie. Thanks for lunch and dinner!

Came in here with little knowledge of what exactly to expect, so I asked the employee behind the counter what was popular and if she recommended anything, to which she gave 2 awesome suggestions, and I ended up getting both 1 in a smoothie and 1 in a bowl, and both blew me and my wife away, so delicious! We both think the bowl would be what we get again next time, but the smoothie was delicious, don’t get me wrong! Super helpful staff and because of the great service/recommendation I can’t wait to come back, just wish I got a picture!

There was a sharp piece of plastic in my smoothy from the Verona location. I was already 10 minutes away so I tried calling to get a refund. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. I stopped in the Junction Rd location to see if they could do anything to help me. The ladies at the Junction Road location were very nice and helpful. They gave me my money back and made me a new smoothie, even though it was an issue with the Verona location. They called the Verona location to tell them what happened and also had a difficult time getting a hold of them. I’m just thankful it was in my smoothy and not my son’s smoothy because swallowing a sharp piece of plastic like that could have resulted in serious injury. I hope the Verona workers are more careful in the future. It sounds like they also need to get a new phone system so customers can call the store.

Insanely overpriced in both portion and flavor/quality. I spent over ten bucks on a “large” smoothie only to be handed a 20oz cup of bland liquid. I couldn’t tell you what fruits are in it if I tried. Picture for scale.
