Wonderful local coffee shop with a drive-thru, but you’ll be more blessed to stop in and enjoy the relaxed environment, whether indoors or on the chill patio. Hollister Coffee has super-friendly staff delivering excellent, quick service and the entire place is sparkling clean!
Our coffees were absolutely delicious – strong with no bitterness. Our group got the Cortado and a house coffee as well as a Mocha that was balanced with just the right amounts of sweetness, foam, and bold coffee taste. Design on top was like icing on the cake – a skillful surprise.
I enjoyed the Almond Toast that nicely blended sweet and savory. A generous helping of perfectly-ripe mashed avocado covered by plenty of shivered almonds and drizzled with honey. The food and drink were both wonderful treats, and the sincere, speedy service was greatly appreciated.
The dining room, set with a guitar for live music, was as inviting as it was clean. Simply decorated inside & out, and it’s a bonus they sell the tomatoes grown in the patio garden area.

Coffee was good and food was good. Theyve got wifi. Came in with a group and we all got food and drinks, quick service for only two employees here. However, we got two avocado toasts with egg and they ran out of egg after one toast, so their supplies could be stocked better. They also don’t have whipped cream if youre wanting that.

Found this little gem in holister mo we got the club sandwich and avocado bliss toast they where both really good, everything tasted fresh my only complaint is for the pricing using land o fresh meat instead of a deli fresh cut for the price is the only reason its not a 5 star for me i mean it was 25 dollars for one avocado toast and a club but over all really like the vibe and food staff was really nice just the meat thing to me matters at the price line

Stopped by after visiting one of the trails for a light brunch and was greeted by friendly staff and a cute and quaint atmosphere. I tried their Holy Toast and my mom got their Avocado Bliss Toast and both were delicious. Their Matcha Latte and Ice Latte (I added Lavender) were also very good. Would definitely recommend!

This coffee is amazing! Best espresso I’ve had ever! The service was amazing too! I had a pumpkin spice latte and my hubby had the americano they both tasted so smooth, not burnt, not too sweet. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Me and my wife just love it here, wish we could come more. Coffee is always good. I usually get my muffin and the wife loves the Cali toast minus the cottage cheese because she weird. The staff is always sweet and will even grab the door for you. Not to mention how cute and cozy it is inside. Thank you both.

Visited from out of town, staff went above and beyond to make my 5 year old something nutritious for breakfast. 10/10 the sweetest girls working. Coffee is freshly ground and tastes delicious.
