I met my Mother here during lunch time the beg of January. It was so empty! It was a Tuesday but with it being lunch time we thought they would be busy. As soon as we looked at the menu we realized why, they are expensive!!! It’s breakfast foods!! The cheapest meal to make! We wanted coffee but decided to not get the $4.95 refillable coffee. We wanted crepes but geeze, the Savory crepes started at $19. The worst part about it was the $21 chicken crepes are made with a Spicy sauce. I dont know if thats a thing, but I’ve Never tried spicy crepes & don’t want to try them now. Anyway we should have just left but decided on the “Short Stack” which is 2 Buttermilk Pancakes for $10. Not sure if they were actually made with Buttermilk because they were very bland pancakes. Nothing to make us want to come back.
As for the ambiance, not sure what they are going for. Upon walking in they have a chef gnome, a bunch of hot wheels cars, big Lego Titanic ship, a space man, a robot and sparsely place pictures on the walls. Some of the tables are oddly placed. The ladies bathroom is even stranger! There’s a Coke machine stored there and an oddly placed chandelier. There’s a potpourri thing plugged into a power socket right next to the sink!! I’d think that’s not safe!!!
Anyway, we won’t be going back mostly because of the prices. I’m including some pictures with this review.

Stopped by for brunch while charging at the Tesla charging station. Service was good. They had fans blowing and I had to ask them to move it and face it away from our table. I don’t like having it blown right at my food. They were nice and actually turned it off since the restaurant was cool.

Frenchy Crepes

The Pastrami was delicious. It was open faced and had egg on it. I’m used to a lot of meat but this wasn’t the case. The frenchy crepes was devine. So basic but yet so good. Lastly, the French fries were also.really good. Nice Crispy on the outside.

Overall, I would return again just for the Crepes.

Everything that our family had was absolutely delicious. The french toast was beyond amazing!!! The service was amazing and even my daughter who has severe food allergies was completely satisfied and definitely wanted to come back again. The only complaint I have us that it was a little pricey to me especially if you order a waffle, pancake, crepe, or French toast it’s around $20.00 and that is all ot comes with but you an make it a meal with eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon or ham for $10.00 more. That’s $30.00 for a breakfast which to me is a bit pricey. I would have been a little happier with around $20.00 for the complete meal.

Ambiance/decor – 3
Not sure what they are going for – grandma’s farm house meets planet Hollywood meets Waffle House – No cohesive theme.
Service – 6.5
Nice, pleasant but not warm and friendly.
Cleanliness – 7.5
I always bring wipes to clean the table myself. They had just wiped down with a rag (eww) – and my Clorox wipe picked up grime. There was nothing obviously unclean about this place. The menus are also not sanitized – they are reused and kept on the table.
Food – 9
Very good food. Syrup served hot. Omelettes were delicious. Took a while to get food with restaurant half full. But I would rather wait for good hot food than cold poor quality food. Definitely good food!
Value/price – 3
This is not cheap. For two of us – it was $60 out the door with tip. We got coffee, water, two omelettes, substitute one pancake instead of toast. Photos attached.
Total overall rating 3.5

Impressed by the delicious menu variety and impeccable service. The staff ensured that our meal was memorable by their attentiveness and by surprising us with a sample of what would be added to their Saint Patrick’s Day specials. Fantastic dining experience.

Out Freaking Standing. So delicious and the staff was attentive and the food was just so good. The Country fried steak was what I got and I also got a side of bacon and sausage and a side order of pancakes. Everything was fresh the little potatoes were perfectly crunchy cooked on the outside without being burnt and so fluffy on the inside. Just delicious. I also had a bite of my friends crepes and omg they were so perfect. The eggs I was served were some of the best eggs I ever had. I never eat all my eggs ever. These were scrumptious. I will be back and I’ll be promoting.

AVOID!!! If you’ve seen many of my reviews you will know that I’m generally pretty generous with my stars so to get a “1” it was pretty bad!!! Poor service, order made wrong even after we questioned the server and we’re just blown off, asked for a coffee refill and she never came back, and when you see the quality of the food it was poor at best!!! Again…. AVOID!!!

Wife and I escaped the kids and wanted to try a new (to us) brunch place and found ourselves at After You Cafe. First, let me agree with other comments about the decor… What’s going in? It seems urban meets county plus comic books… Not sure what’s up.

To the important stuff: we were seated very quickly after walking in, but sat for a solid 10 minutes, or more, before we were greeted by a server. Our server was nice, but definitely not friendly or inviting… We ordered french toast + meal ($7 extra to get eggs, ham, and potatoes), and corn beef hash. We also got a mimosa ($9.50) and coffee ($3.50). Food was served in stages, one plate at a time with at least 5-10 minutes between each plate. First the “meal” part of the french toast. Then the corn beef, and at least 5-10 min later the french toast came out. Over medium eggs were served over easy… Poached eggs were served in a dish (not on the corn beef), corn beef hash was a small little patty about the size of a burger and a large servings of hash browns. The ham that came with the french toast meal was just sliced lunch meat that was fried on the griddle. The food was good (not great) but the ham… The ham was just trash.

The bill had an extra $2 charge on it called “non-cash payment.” I happened to pay with cash and they removed the fee, but c’mon… Build this stuff into your (already inflated) prices…

All the food we ordered was superior. The burger was so good it didn’t need any sause. I would have liked more fries because they were all equally crisp. The crepes were honestly the best I had from any breakfast spot. I am especially a fan of all the lego displays they had.
