The counter help was extremely rude and condescending. Even when I spoke with the owner he did not offer any resolution. 11 of us ate, 3 of the meals didn’t come out until AFTER everyone else was finished eating. The person running the counter didn’t know the difference between Italian Beef and Italian cold sandwiches. Didn’t know how to make the ice cream specials. It was just over all a horrible experience and the food was not worth the money or the hassle, let alone the treatment.

I placed an order over the phone tonight for some bone-in wings (which are my favorite item there) and some other items to enjoy. Once I picked up my order and got home, I open my container to find that I received boneless wings (which are my least favorite item). I would at least expect that if im placing an order over the phone they would get it right as I made a point to say bone-IN multiple times during the phone call. Was also told that the food wouldnt be ready until 40 minutes after my phone call but once I started eating, the food felt like it had been made 10 minutes after my phone call and sat for 30. I live 2 minutes away. Just overall very disappointed in the service tonight

By far, the best salads in town. They are always friendly and accommodating even if they are closing soon. I love coming here. I can wait to try the ice cream! Suggestion: put your chips where people ordering can see them. I guarantee you will sell more. Works with your pop.

My husband and I and one of my granddaughters had stopped and got ice cream after Jefferson County fair. We were greeted by friendly staff We ordered our ice cream. My husband got a two scoops of ice cream and a waffle cone and my granddaughter and I each just got single dishes of ice cream. The price was reasonable. I think it was around $16 like everybody was nice friendly. The ice cream was wonderful. We would come back again and we have. we’ve come for pizza and then had ice cream and have always enjoyed it

I wanted to love this place. The pizza was good, but grossly undercooked. Had to cook it more at home. The people working the counter seemed to preoccupied. The front door was wide open and it was a really cold night so it made it uncomfortable to sit in the store. The soda machine puts out very warm soda and it’s very dirty.

Ever since the new ownership took over our orders have been either delayed or wrong. One night they brought the wrong order 2 times. I haven’t tried dining in so it may be a better experience. The ownership was very nice and they mean well, but paying so much for a pizza and not knowing if it will be correct or on time isn’t great as a customer. I wish them well but can’t recommended.
UPDATE: for clarity, this was about more than a missing lemonade that the owner mentioned. This was after numerous issues with orders over the course of a few months. A mistake happens and not a big deal at all. But a mistake each order? Not so much.

UPDATE – Went in today at owners invitation. He was very gracious and made us delicious beef and cheddar melts on fresh baked Italian bread. Not sure how the mix-up with the hot dog buns happened last time, but we will be back! Thank you!
Been here many times for pizza. Recently ordered some hot beef and cheddar subs, description said they were on Italian bread. They were on hot dog buns, so tiny, so disappointing. Wonder if they would have pulled this trick if we were dining in?

Cute place. Food was delicious, workers are young so the service isn’t great. Order was a bit wrong but its easy to take tomatoes off as long as it isn’t an allergy issue. It Did take a long time for 2 subs. Then she presented me with 2 baskets, not wrapped to go. I was alone and stood at the register the entire time, , I wrongly assumed she would understand they were to go. Then another several minutes to wrap them. Again, good food, very nice girls but slow.

We have ordered pizza from Timber Creek in the past and it was great, which is why our visit at lunch this week was both surprising and disappointing
My teen ordered a pepperoni pizza and when it was brought to our table it was just slightly more than raw – the crust was completely floppy and you could still see the individual strands of mozzarella on top (it wasn’t cooked enough for it to melt together). I brought it back to the counter and asked one of the three teenagers working (no adults were present) to throw it back in the oven to finish cooking and they brought it back to us a few minutes later in the same state. The cheese was barely melted, let alone browned, the pepperoni was lukewarm right out of the oven, and the crust was so soft the pieces were falling apart in our hands.
Based on other recent reviews I am guessing the oven is malfunctioning- I could have gotten that pizza warmer in my own oven.
The owners need to get that fixed – and their kids better trained. We won’t be back until we can see some reviews indicating that their food is actually being cooked well again.

Meatballs were ice cold. They also claim to be homemade meatballs on the website. I’m sorry but there’s no way those are homemade meatballs. Got it toasted but the cheese was barely melted on it, too. Ended up being tossed.
Taco pizza looked nothing like the pics – also just not what I was expecting taste wise. The cheese sauce would not be my first choice.. usually comes with sour cream/salsa. That is my fault for expecting something different. Ended up tossing it.
Cheese pizza was good- my daughter loved it.
Staff was friendly.
Spent more than I’d like to admit on dinner that ended up in the trash..
