In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. Excellent food: fresh and delicious! Yum! The cashier seemed somewhat frazzled or one might say, ditzy. The cook was polite and thanked me for coming after the food was prepared. The atmosphere was clean overall but the coke machine area and the bathroom needed further attention and cleaning needed. The restaurant itself was clean inside and the tables were washed.

My wife went through the drive thru ordering 2 chicken quesadilla platters and she got home with items missing from both. The fact that you cannot contact anyone at the store is unacceptable. I am updating my review because my Wife went back up to the store and was greeted by an amazing manager Naomi that went above and beyond to remedy the situation by replacing our order while apologizing for the inconvenience.

Just went through the drive thru and they guy at the window was flinging items through the window. Before we drove off i looked into the bag and the the fritos pie was on its side leaking all over and two salsa cups were open. The mess that I just had to clean up because of carelessness was totally unacceptable.

I made a mistake while ordering. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they went above and beyond to fix the order. Food was great and salsa bar area was clean and tidy. We ended up eating there two nights in a row. This Taco Bueno will be in our regular rotation.

My husband went through the drive thru, we spent $45 and ordered a large chips and queso. They did not give queso. You tried to call, try to go to the email it gives on the receipt and no one answers and the store isn’t even listed to even tell someone we didn’t get the queso. Got all the way home and had to drive all the way back to get a large queso that wasn’t even filled up. It was half way filled up. This is ridiculous and very horrible service. Sad this happened as we were so excited to get a taco bueno close to us.

Went to drive thru and Ordered food for my aunt and uncle while visiting their home, added a free muchaco coupon they wanted to use (i was just the driver) I payed at window and noticed I was never asked for coupon code, Got attention of drive thru worker ( a female worker standing behind male worker of drive thru window) and brought to her attention that they never asked for coupon code; was told “oh hour right” and to use it another time rather than fix the error. Thought that was strange that they wouldnt correct the error since it could have been taken care of right there since I was awaiting food anyway for 3 min and basically said use it at any location at another time.
Food was not as tastful as expected Muchaco was more beans then anything. This location is one I will NOT revisit until they have been there for a while

Went to drive thru. Server acted upset. Ordered Taco Salad and it was horrible. Meat had fat and grizzle. No flavor. No forks were included to eat so had to go in for fork.
Chicken quesidilla was ok but nothing special.
We won’t be back to the willow park location.
