They won’t bring your food out carside so don’t even bother using it as an option. I didn’t want to wake my sleeping child but had no choice- AND we got to have cold pizza for dinner because it was just sitting there. Sucks for them though, I tip 50%. Will be taking my business back to the woody mill location where they don’t mind doing their job!

We placed an online order with Domino’s and included dipping sauces and red pepper flakes, which we were charged for — but they were missing from our order. When I called to let them know, an employee named Alex told me it was both of our faults. He said I should have checked my order before leaving and that he couldn’t refund the missing items.
It’s frustrating to pay for something you don’t receive and then be told it’s your fault. A little accountability and customer service would have gone a long way.

Ordered my pizza at 940ish it is 1102 and I haven’t gotten my order yet. It took the money off my card. The app told me my order was complete. I kept calling the store and nobody answered for 45 mins. I called black and a guy answered starting that they’re remodeling the store and that dominos closed at 10pm…….. not sure how my ordered went through and posted when it was completed, but not in over here hungry with no more money and no pizza.

Really disappointed in the cheese stuffed pan pizza. The crust being the main issue. Absolutely no taste to it. We also bought an extraganza.. crispy thin crust. The crust was not crispy at all…seemed to be undercooked. Not trying to get something free here. Just thought there was room for improvement on both of these pizzas. Not sure what is going on. We’ve ordered from this store for several years..never had an issue… that I recall… until the last couple of years.

Ordered my pizza and the app showed complete. I called the store to state that I had not received my order and the employee stated the delivery was on the way and then HUNG UP ON ME! This is unacceptable and you just lost a customer for poor customer service.

placed my order around 9:30 app estimates 23 mins and it didn’t show up until about 10:20, pizza and chicken i ordered not hot. i chose the option to leave at the door but they couldn’t even bother to knock. plus i hate when i order the regular pizza crust with the garlic seasoning and get no garlic seasoning
