Heading down hwy 50 between Carlyle and Lebanon you will find a small town called Aviston. Be sure to take the time to detour here for a great meal! We stop for breakfast anytime we are passing by and have not been disappointed yet! The staff are wonderful and do a great job. The food is everything you expect from a small town diner and the price is beyond reasonable.

Wow what an amazing place to have dinner this is my second evening there yesterday Leo was our server and he was awesome that young man made us feel like we were just family stopping by for dinner, he’s a very polite and respectful young man his parents should be proud of him, I and my wife both liked him instantly. Great job Leo.
And tonight Monica was our server and she as well was awesome very friendly and told us of all the things happening in this little town for new years ,very helpful thank you. And also Leo stopped by our table to say hello tonight.

While we only go once a year the morning after the big family event, the food had never failed to satisfy. There’s always plenty and it always tastes fantastic whether we order breakfast or lunch. The staff is always super nice and very attentive without hovering, and the prices are really reasonable.

Just happened to be in the area at supper time and saw this place. I’m all about Mom and Pop places. I had the Salisbury Steak special and a buddy had the Chicken Liver special. Both of us were well pleased with our choices. The Salisbury Steak had something I wasn’t familiar with. The gravy had carrots in with it, was really good. My buddy had more livers than he could eat and took the rest home, said were fried well and crispy.

Great service and excellent prices for the amount and quality of the food you get. The previous restaurant burned down but the name is the same and it’s located next to the past restaurant. The portions are large and a very extensive menu. We will be back
