Avocado was rotten, added straight into sandwich. Buyer beware- check inside your sandwich. Also missing 2 out of 4 drinks & 1 of the two drinks received was wrong. Did not get full order, however, bc of being here 40 mins & needing to hit the road, could not stay to ask front counter staff for corrections or to provide missing stuff. Very long line for waiting, used kiosk to order.

“I stopped by this Panera Bread for a quick lunch of soup and a hot sandwich, but the experience was very disappointing. The food was served in a messy bag, and the sandwich was completely cold. Worst of all, the bread was literally glued to the paper wrapping, making it difficult to even eat.
When I asked the staff how old the sandwich was and why it was cold, they simply looked at me and said, ‘We made this today in the morning.’ They offered no apology and didn’t even suggest a replacement or a fresh sandwich. For the price Panera charges, I expected a meal made to order, not a cold, pre-made sandwich that had been sitting out for hours. I won’t be returning to this location

PLEASE READ!!! One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. On Monday, December 22 at approximately 7:00 PM, the cashier working the front (white woman with dark hair and blue shirt) was openly hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Multiple customers were waiting to be cashed out while she rolled her eyes, snapped at people, and spoke with a nasty attitude. I clearly heard her using profanity, which is beyond unacceptable in any customer-facing job.
The situation was made even worse by the manager on duty, who failed miserably at doing her job. Instead of managing, she was overheard complaining and contributing to the toxic environment. There was absolutely no leadership, accountability, or professionalism displayed. If this is how management behaves, it’s no surprise the staff acts the same way.
I have been to countless Panera locations and never experienced anything even close to this level of disrespect. This location is a disgrace to the brand. Whoever is in charge has completely lost control, and these employees urgently need retraining or to be replaced with people who actually understand what customer service means.
I left feeling angry, disappointed, and frankly disgusted. No customer should be treated this way.If the employees involved are reading this: this behavior is embarrassing. Do better or don’t work with the public.

Food is good as always but order was messed up, arrived 3 hrs before closing amd almost everythingwas out of order, sides, sandwich bread, made a panera sandwich with all my ingredients and then they cap out customizations at 5 so ended up with something else and on top of that even soup was missing croutons, what more to say

Wow! Really incredible service! These people are great, and the food is super amazing and healthy and actual food! Not just food-shaped food. This is my breakfast sandwich with egg sausage Chipotle and avocado. Very very good and crazy healthy! Highly recommended if you’re passing through

I ordered grilled cheese sandwich and coffee. So ,routine dictated that I had to wait for the coffee cup . my order was not ready, so I asked for a cup for self service. After abrasive remarks from one of the employes I decided to cancel the order . So basically today I did self check out because at my last visit, without words , I was pointed towards the self check out kiosk , to save time . After smoothing things out the (presumably) manager gave a cup, the grilled cheese was tacky and quite excessive,was NOT grilled, more melted ! white bread was toasted and dry …. and there was missing a key ingredient! Butter. This should be called cheese meet on toast. My question to panera bread is, how is this even okay? I have sampled grilled cheese sandwich at Starbucks and it was outstanding, well thought !my 1 star is mainly because That was not a grilled cheese sandwich that I bought!

The space clean and crew are good but FOOD TOTALLY GARBAGE. I spend 30 dolars for brownie and cake also one cream chicken soup. All garbage. The cake slice super dry out wall inside totally dought not cooked enough. The brownie not fresh and taste got terrible. The soup TOTALLY NIGHMARE.

I had a bad experience at this Panera location. I ordered a salad and chicken sandwich. The fruit on the salad were smashed and over ripe (blueberries and strawberries). The hot chicken sandwich was cold, poorly made, and didn’t look like chicken. We threw away the food. The person at the pick up window barely said anything when I asked if it was my order. We aren’t buying from this Panera again.

This Panera at the Middle Ridge Plaza is filthy. All the dining tables were dirty, wrappers and trash littering the floor, no straws, and overflowing trash cans. The ceiling is caked with years worth of nasty thick dust. Never seen anything like this ceiling in a restaurant before. Made me wonder how dirty the back room, cooler, and freezer must be. Waited a long time for our order. Our order was correct, but several people ahead of us had their orders messed up. Felt bad for the 4 employees trying to handle this severely understaffed restaurant. I owned a franchise in the past and I cannot imagine how this place could pass its monthly corporate inspections. This location makes the franchise look bad. The franchise owner or corporate (if corporate owned) needs to fix this. Do better!
