I rarely if ever order dominos- I think there are better pizza options out there. But as fate would have it, my wife and kids demanded dominos tonight. We placed our order at 5:46pm (on a Friday) and our order was completed at 5:53pm. It was as fast as I’ve ever seen a pickup pizza order completed. On top of that, it was 100% accurate and shockingly good . Those pan pizzas are excellent, and the stuffed cheese bread was out of control. We all ate more than we should have. I’m surprised to say this, but I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

Excellent service by Ethan and team. After a not-so-pleasant experience at another Dominos, I ordered a pickup at this restaurant. I’d forgotten to specify no-cut, or clean-cut vegetarian pizzas to avoid any meat touching them. Since it was my mistake, I paid for them and ordered another two of the same. Told Ethan to give the earlier ones to someone. He didn’t have to, but Ethan gave me a discount on the next two orders. Later, to my surprise, he even refunded the earlier order saying he didn’t want to charge me since I wasn’t going to eat them. This kind of service is what wins over customers. All my future Domino’s orders are going to this restaurant, even though I have other Domino’s closer to my place. The pizzas were also very well made and my family enjoyed them. Thank you, and keep up the great work, Ethan.

Got delivery because they only said it’d be 30 minutes. I call back an hour and a half later and they told me just 20 more minutes. It’s been 45 minutes and I’m still waiting. They need to be honest about their time. Don’t tell me 30 minutes if it’s going to be 3 hours.

Attempted to order food to use credit for last time and 5 employees working and no one helping people up front or even looking people in the eye. It was the most disorganized place I have ever been to. I left after waiting 15 minutes to even talk to someone to order.

So I’ve had many bad experiences with this Domino’s under previous ownership and can say the quality of the food is 100x better than before the new owners took over but I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with 4 toppings and received one with only 3 of the 4 I ordered. When I called, the person I talked to was nice and offered a credit for a free pizza, which I’d have to call in for to receive or to send another pizza that was what I originally ordered. I opted for a new pizza. The first order took about 30 minutes and the second took about 50. No worries though, no problem, probably a busy Sunday night. Then I open my pizza and it has all the right toppings BUT now it’s NOT stuffed crust but deep dish! How do you mess up my order TWICE in one night?!?! I will say the customer service was exceptional, drivers were great, in fact everybody was nice and the quality of the food was still great and when I called back they did give me a refund so will try them again. Just very frustrated to not get what I ordered the first time and then not get the correct order the second time and have it take longer to get it after a mess up. Hope to see them improve.

I used to love ordering from this location but the last three times we’ve ordered, it’s been terrible. It literally looks like someone was pulling the toppings off, not thoroughly cut, burnt, slices that had toppings (including sauce, cheese etc) missing, no sauce for the cheesy bread when I indicate I want the garlic butter. Definitely not the dominos we love anymore. Will not be ordering from this location anymore. I will drive to the Anoka one instead and do carry out. So sad because my husband and I typically order at least once a week or once every two weeks.

Took over 1.5 hrs, pasta was fried to the dish, cheese bread was black but somehow all the food was cold. At first they wanted to compensate with a free medium pizza on the next order, spent over $50 so here’s $6.

Hardly any sauce or cheese and over cooked.
Couldn’t finish one slice, gave it to the dog. Threw the rest of the pizza in the garbage.
