I LOVE coming here. We always get take out, walk over, and pick up our food. Everyone is always kind even on busy days! Through changes and everything, this is a solid place to eat. Ordered a large cheese pizza and this is how it was delivered to me. Called and politely let them know. I was met with an attitude and “um ok so do you want us to remake it or what” I said yes I’m not going to eat it and all I got was “well you’ll have to give the other one back” Ok? I don’t want it she really acted like I was trying to get free food or something and never even apologized. The new pizza finally arrives and the delivery driver who I had just given a $6 tip and I’m 2 minutes from the restaurant, and starts making sarcastic comments to me. Mind you I remained polite throughout this ordeal. Horrible customer service and definitely won’t be getting business from me or my family again.

I’m a regular but I was very upset with my last order. A California burger and fries. Also no contact delivery. Well driver literally beat and beat on my door till I opened it. Than I checked my food. It was a burger half the size smaller the roll. Only cheese, and drowned in mayo. No lettuce onion or anything!! Very upset.

First I must say that it is a shame that some people will only write a negative review about their experiences and not take the time to congratulate an employee or a business on doing a good job.
For years, I was going to a different pizzeria since the business was inherited by a son-in-law. The quality has changed and the service has changed. I was really happy to find Brothers Pizza Radio Hill normally I purchase a white pizza. However, the past pizzeria really didn’t make it well. Brothers Pizza Radio Hill makes an awesome white veggie pizza Which I buy every month in between. I have tried different dishes like Hawaiian pizza Steak Stromboli so I could get a feel on the quality of the food. Yesterday I picked up a large white veggie pizza. It is delicious. I was gonna call them last night, but it was late to tell them how good it was.
The only complaint I could ever have right now is when a customer walks in the door for a pick up. They should not have to wait to pick it up the person taking the phone orders needs to get the balance and it’s not just the woman that does it when I was in yesterday it was a long-term employee doing the same thing Making me wait at the counter when I call on the phone sometimes I’ll be left on hold and then that person will have a long conversation with someone aside from business, but the food is excellent. I will continue to use them.

2025 update:
We ordered stromboli for me again this past Sunday. My wife forgot to ask for extra sauce.
They gave the same-sized container of sauce as before. I should have taken a photo of it, but if you’ve used the ketchup pump at McDonald’s, that is about what they give you.
It isn’t a one-off instance. This is their standard.
I’ve been a regular customer since we moved here in 2005. This long-standing relationship makes it even more disappointing to write this review.
Tonight, we ordered Stromboli. Over the years, Brothers has continued to shrink the container in which the sauce comes. The container now contains three tablespoons of sauce. As always, we asked them to include additional sauce for the two strombolis we ordered.
As they do 75% of the time, they ignored the request and didn’t bother to add the sauce. I guess the 50 cents they saved is worth pissing off the consumer.
I am done with these people.
