Honestly they need more people in the store the one cook and a Manager aren’t moving at the pace of what’s needed to make this a smooth operation. Only 2 people to take on the job of 4-6 people is ridiculous. I waited over 10 minutes at the speaker, 17 minutes at the first window after I paid and was asked to wait there. Then to receive my food and it not be correct. When I went inside to get my order fixed it took 11 minutes to get, the sandwich was made but sat at the end of the ready up area until the manger was done taking another person payment. The line was 6 car deep with costumers inside as well and their drive thru times on there computer are completely false. Every car there waited at a minimum of 10 minutes to get food. The two people working were doing a okay job to keep up but it’s not working or functioning properly here. I give them props but it definitely needs to be more people on shift if this is the daily occurrence of this location. From every time I’ve been here over the last year it hasn’t gotten any better.

Went to grab breakfast on my way to work; the worker just blurted-out that hours changed, they don’t open until 8 now. First of all, some notice would’ve been nice. Moreso, most people on base have to be at work by 8 so this is super inconvenient for me and others that like to get breakfast in the morning.

They no longer use artificial anything. I eat salad 4 days a week for lunch and Friday is me day. I have been going to the BK on Shaw Air Force base each Friday for a couple of months. I get the double cheeseburger, no mustard, small fries and a mountain dew zero. The fries are very good now, and the burger is yum. If it weren’t good, I’d go somewhere else or eat another delicious salad prepped by my wife.

Some of the rudest workers, if they’re going to have an attitude then they could atleast do their jobs right. Sat at the first window for 20 minutes before they had me pay, and then they wanted me to wait to pull ahead to the second window another 10 minutes. Messing with window times or what? On top of there being nobody inside and only 1 car behind us.

Did not receive what I ordered. Received a completely different sandwich than what I ordered, even though the receipt on the bag had the correct sandwich. Extremely long wait time for food.

Probably 80% of my orders have been wrong. Drive through wait times are an average of 10 to 30 minutes, no matter what time of day it is. Idk if it’s management, or lack of employees or the employees themselves, but if you’re on a timed lunch, don’t waste your time.

Burger king on base is convenient and cheap. Sometimes waits are short but most of the time you wont be leaving with your food for at least 15-30 minutes even in the drive through. Service is sub par, some of the employees are a delight, however a few of them are lacking customer service skills. I do not expect someone to say “whats up” when I get to the drive through speaker, or say “what do you want” If you’re a manager and you’re reading this please have a talk with your staff about drive through etiquette because this is not the way to talk to your customers.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Every single worker there is extremely rude. Absolute no mannerisms and they always have an attitude. They had me waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, not to mention I was the only one in line. There is no “fast” food in this place, don’t go to this Burger King at all costs.
