Everyone was nice, polite and made the atmosphere feel welcoming. If you have a chance, talk to Coco. She will light up your day. Im not a socialite but she made me feel comfortable and that speaks volumes for me. Food was also made with love.

This is one of the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. I often visit this location because the staff is amazing. I’ve witnessed rude customers and they way the staff reacts is very impressive. They still maintain professionalism and courtesy. Some of the staff should be selected to train other locations with low ratings.

I love this location, kicked off my birthday with my teenage son. It was super crowded, waiting list and twice as many take out orders, the staff worked together like a well oiled machine.
The jukebox was a great addition to the place as folks and staff sang along.
Someone played in da club, wow, how’d they know it was my birthday.

Ridiculous people. Ridiculous management. Staff is not friendly and is very condescending. I went yesterday with my son and behind the counter was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY! Do not eat here! When I got my waffle it was raw and the cook had an attitude when my server asked him to remake it. I understand it’s busy but not cleaning gets to a point. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have rat traps in the back. I will not be coming here again!

I have no idea if the food is good because I was told I couldn’t be seated since the waitresses friend was in the parking lot and coming in to the only available table. Insane lack of customer service. Considering I was already waiting inside for a table, it’s inconceivable to tell me I have to wait for someone who hasn’t even came inside yet because they are friends with the staff. And it was a single person sitting in a booth when there is 2 of us. The server that prefers her friends over doing her job is Jay and the wonderful waitress that turned this visit around and made me want to order anyways was Phyllise ( I hope I spelled that correct).
To be clear the other employees also made the comment that we reserve the booths for 2 or more guests.

The staff here are the best! Cheynere was the kindest waitress—she took great care of us (even our messy kids), was patient, and personable. The chef couldn’t have been a better human—we thanked him for our meal, and he clearly took such pride in his work. It made us happy to be there.

Sam (cook) and Chey (hostess) were great! The food came out quick and was so good! Their personalities were amazing! They conversed with everyone and had us smiling and laughing. Will most definitely be back!

Listen I’m picky about waffles houses simple bc I feel like I’m a bit of a connoisseur. Lol!! As soon as we walked in the service was already a 10/10 Sam & Phyllisse (like Feliz) were so welcoming. I think they said welcome home to Waffle House were we make waffles ! Lol the food was overly delicious. And I’m not joking Sam really made it with love. And even sang to us. Lol!!! Will always return back to them.

This was one of the best waffle house experience, I had the cutest nicest server ever. She had a pink hat and her name was chey!she was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed ! She was definitely the entertainment I needed .and because of her I will be back
