Outstanding, friendly, cozy place! Food was excellent and the owner is a very lovely lady. Came out of town for a wrestling tournament with family and we had a great time. We only gave 5 star because there no 6 star available. Thank you and see you next time.

A 10 out of 10. This place is a gem. Our first visit was amazing, we went on a Friday and wasn’t aware you needed reservations, but the owner Ingrad got us in. The whole place is set back in the mob days, and the lights are low. The food, on the other hand, is out of this world good. The service is the best in town. We loved it so much we came back Sunday for Mimosa brunch. If you haven’t been here then you are missing out. Everything is hand made . THE BEST!

All I can say is WOW. This is a great place to take a date or just spend an evening with that someone special. The food is out of this world good. The atmosphere is that of an old speakeasy. Reservation is required so plan accordingly.

First timer and let me say they did not disappoint! Let me start by saying this restaurant is unique as it is in fact Reservation Only! I do not mind, it gives you a feel of exclusivity. Meeting the owner, she is friendly, kind and patience. She’s awesome!! She’s hands on in every way possible with her restaurant and takes pride in her food and it truly shows. Everything is made with all fresh ingredients. We ordered one of everything to show support for this new business and what a good idea that was. The meatballs and Alfredo were my absolute favorites! If you want some authentic freshly made Italian food and a pretty nice atmosphere this is your place.

My husband and I had a last minute kid free night, so I literally called that afternoon and we were able to get a table!
I got the fettuccine alfredo! The sauce was so creamy and the pasta was cooked to perfection.
My husband got the chicken parmigiano. He said it had a great amount of good sized chicken, covered in yummy sauce and cheese with angel hair spaghetti!
We shared an appetizer of cheese sticks with delicious dipping sauce. Then a dessert of chocolate mousse, which we fought over because it was so good!
The staff was friendly. The only thing is the waitress should have noticed refills were needed. I had to ask for another sangria and my husband’s lemonade went unnoticed of needing refilled.

This was an unexpected experience. My daughter and I were just looking for somewhere to eat.
We happened to walk by this restaurant, and we both stopped and were like, “we should check this out.” We walked into a restaurant, but it made you feel like you were in a family friends Italian kitchen. We were in awe of the atmosphere. Then, the hospitality was top-notch. But the best is yet to come. The salad came out with the most delicious croutons we have ever had. The bread came next and was so soft and warm. The chicken parmigana was made to perfection. Then the owner let me try a canoloi and wow. This didn’t end up being just a mother/daughter lunch. This ended up being an experience and a great time. I highly recommend this place. The owner made us feel like we were family and that we had known each other for years.

This food was so bad. We took our leftovers home and then the dog broke into the trash and he didnt eat them either. The waitress was nice enough. They wanted to take my kid to the kitchen to make her own bowl of ice cream, and when I asked if I could come along, they shot me a really odd look. The kitchen didnt look clean and it was weird to invite a member of the public, especially a child, into the kitchen space. They also did not provide a kids menu and their menu is very limited.

Today was our first time attending Angottis for my husbands birthday and it was by far the best restaurant in Columbus! Upon arrival we were met at the door and escorted to our table. I was really nervous because we had our two children with us, one who is 2 and wild as they come but they made us feel extremely welcome and at ease. When the food arrived you could tell it was made to order as the steam rolled from the plates and the presentation was beautiful. None of that even touches on the taste. Holy moly. I don’t think there are even words to express how good every bite was. My husband is super picky and he even ate off my plate and that alone speaks volumes. Just as I thought it couldn’t get any better the owner/chef came out got my daughter(my son already headed outside with dad) and took her on a tour, got them both some goodies and allowed my daughter to make her and her brother an ice cream sundae. She also gave my daughter some of the most beautiful words of wisdom. After all that when we were leaving I met the owner/chef outside and stood and talked for a bit and I just fell in love with her as a person. I highly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED anyone in the area to check it out. You will be so happy that you did!

After reading everyone’s reviews im convinced I must have been at a different restaurant! All four of us didn’t not like our meals they tasted like reheated frozen tv dinners. Im not saying that to be cruel that just honestly the best comparison I can think of. Maybe the chef was having a very very off night. We had to leave in the middle of our $150 dinner because my daughter’s stomach started aching really badly. I wish I would have taken pictures of our plates because they looked no where near as good as others leaving reviews. 1000% not worth $150 for 4 people!!!!
