Placed an online order. My order was missing toppings I asked for and had toppings I specifically said not to add on it….will not be back, again! I will take my business to the Subway inside Walmart instead.

If I could put 0 stars belive me I would. I order the same sub almost everytime through the mobile app. I live outside of town and the past 6times my subs have been made wrong. The first few times I didn’t say anything but the past couple times I mentioned it I was met with a rude attitude. Today I placed an order as I usually do and to no surprise it was made wrong again. I called and was “respectfully” called a liar because the manger “supervised” my sub being made and no mistakes were made. When I stated this time I took a picture of the sub and my receipt I was met with “even I can go on google and get a photo of a bad sub” and was continuously treated poorly on the phone at which point I had to take it up with the owner. Obviously was not “supervised” because I’m looking at this sub and I assure you this is not correct. This used to be my favorite location but after being treated poorly for simply wanting my food the way I paid for it, I will not be returning to this location after today. I will go to Bronson or Three rivers.

I came here this past Saturday night for my nephew and I after a long day at the lake. We ended up being sick all weekend from the food. After I purchased our subs (which was literally $20 per person for 2 normal sub meals) I noticed there were bugs and flies all over the place when I went to get our drinks. I do not recommend this Subway if you value your body. I’ll be calling the health department as well as the manager or owner. This isn’t right. My nephew is 10 and neither one of us deserved that. I work hard for my money so when I go out, I expect to at least get what I pay for. I won’t be back and I’ll continue to tell others the truth about your facility.

I went into the location.. not acknowledged one time yes they where working on a web order but a Hi ill be right with you would of worked… I stood there for about 10 minutes then I was asked did you have a web order? I did not she walked away and stood there for another 5 minutes as they discussed how they use to watch music videos back in the day I turned to leave once again not ONE word to say, as I set in my car they pointed at me and had a lot to say then. That’s sad because in the last week I have ordered many times and was actually gonna place an order for my team members at my restaurant however I will go elsewhere from now on

Manager and staff were super friendly and did an amazing job surveying me and my kids. Even with a rush of customers they got everything done in a timely manner and very professional. 10/10 recommend this place 🙂

I come to this location quite a bit but lately it has gone down in service! Me and the fiance walked in with two other people already in front of us we were all standing there while the 3 employees were standing behind the counter laughing and playing around with each other. No one acknowledged us. I noticed there was trash on the floor over by the tables just a sad subway now. Used to be one of the best! We didn’t even stand there 5 mins and we left and went to little caesars grab a hot n ready pizza !

Tonight they were more worried about getting out of there than anything they were doing! Put mine and my husband’s on the wrong bread, barely any veggies all in the center and put mustard on my husbands when he asked for honey mustard! This location doesn’t know how to toast their bread right either!
