Little Caesars Pizza had a deal one topping on two round pizzas I ordered one with bacon the other with ham and when I went to pick it up I took a look at them before I left the area and the one with ham was cooked BEYOND WELL DONE the toppings and cheese on the pizza was BLACK ⚫️ I told them I didn’t order it that way ( by the way They have the option on the app to have it Well Done) … the cashier went and got the manger and he proceeded to insinuate that the length of time it was in the warmer had caused it because I was late picking up my order … I know that’s not what caused it to be cooked OVER WELL DONE … When I worked in a pizza shop WELL DONE is the cheese is browned not blackened. I like Little Caesars Pizza and I don’t usually have that bad service and such poor quality of food. The Manger took our other pizza and put it in the warmer to keep it warm for us and graciously made a fresh ham pizza for us. Which was actually and Good made and cooked pizza.

Quick easy cheap pizza. It’s not the best pizza and you already know that before you come here. You get a hot fresh pizza quick for a low price. That’s what you want when you come here. Now the restaurant is clean. Easy to order pick up and leave. It appears they do a lot of business at this location.

Love coming to this Little Caesars on 25th and Wabash. Food is always hot and ready. Always a nice fresh taste. Staff is very friendly and helpful. my kids are always asking to come to Little Caesars Pizza for dinner so we always make a way to fit into the dinner plan. Thank you Little Caesars.

Me and the wife went to little Caesar’s tonight and it was excellent customer service and food for sure. The two young girls working the registers up front were really nice and charismatic and u can tell they really love serving the community. Very nice and smiles all around

$17.25 is crazy for a lunch special and crazy puffs ! Gave him a $50 and he gave me $32.75 . I was so in a rush I didn’t notice the receipt wasn’t in the bag. Totally scammed me .

If I could I would have come back plus I’m a disabled veteran and single mom of 3 so I can’t afford to get into an altercation. Smh

The employees attitudes really really suck big time,when you call to order carry out they this is so and so from the walbash location they didn’t say this time what can I get for you,there attitude just rubbed me the wrong way and I only come to this location for pizza cuz this is the only location in Terre Haute Indiana where I live it,the owner of Litte Caesars needs to come to the terre Haute Indiana location little Caesars and have a little talk with there management and employees about their attitudes or I will not be coming back in there,and I don’t need a reply to my comment either

I called to place an order. On the phone once my order was stated I was then informed it would be 45 minutes before- 1 hour for my food to be completed due to multiple orders. I was ok with that. I then waited an hour and arrived 5-6 minutes before they closed. Was informed my order was cancelled due to over due pick up times. Very disgruntled. They believed I was t going to pickup. Which they were given contact information but assumed.
