I usually have a good experience at this location. My coworker and I have been coming once a week for lunch, but I was a little disappointed with my order today. 🙁 I ordered the Fresh Fit Steak and Avocado, but unfortunately I guess since I ordered through the drive-thru and wasn’t physically there to see them make my sandwich like usual, my sub was basically all veggies, which I love, but that’s my go to order for the protein. It also usually leaves me feeling satiated, but with the small amount of steak and avocado I received today, the flavor was lacking, and I am still hungry. 🙁

Update: I’ve still been coming weekly with no issues in person, but ordered online today as I was on a time-crunch, and again received barely any steak in my sandwich. :/ So little I could only taste a hint of the steak, and am still hungry, which is usually not the case when I finish. I added a photo this time.

I wanted to wait before giving a bad review and give them another chance but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The place is dirty, they never have ice or any drinks, the girls there literally get upset when you walk in, the place is super hot. Just terrible all around.

While visiting Horizon City felt like a fresh subway. I was happy to find this location nice and clean! The young man who prepared our order was friendly and polite. He also listened well, as I gave him my daughter’s very detailed order. I enjoyed my BMT subway and was made to perfection. My daughter was also impressed that it was made just to her liking. Nice lunch for a hot summer day! Next time I’m in the area I would visit again.

I usually have no issues at this subway but this is the second time I get something missing or wrong on my online order. I tried calling 2 different numbers to cancel an order since the all doesn’t allow you to cancel and no one answered. I always like to check my food before leaving, but from being so tired I just decided to grab my orders and leave. I specified on one of the sandwiches no lettuce, but to add mustard and mayo. And when I got home it had lettuce and no mustard.

Most expensive subway and slow service in the area go to a different one, got charged for extra meat when I didn’t get anything else nor did I ask for it but $18 for a basic sandwich combo is crazy, walked out and still paid $14 for just the sandwich

Update: I’d genuinely like to know in what world is this extra meat?

Terrible service at this Subway. I waited over 7 minutes in the drive-thru while they clearly saw me outside. Then one of the workers a girl and a Hispanic guy working the night shift around 9 PM told me to go back through the drive-thru again, making me wait another 4 minutes. I had to call the store just to let them know I was outside, and when they finally gave me my order, the food was cold. This is completely unacceptable. If they knew I was waiting, why make me go around again and then give me cold food? Terrible customer service.

I placed an order through the app .. I walked in 15 mins later to pick up my order .. it wasn’t ready .. they asked what my name is .. then said they need to cancel my order and I can replace it there .. after the guy said it’s because we have no ham .. I said it s ok to just make my sandwich without it .. the guy the proceeds to start my order makes one sandwich the. Starts the other .. then another employee comes from the back and redirects the employee to go do the truck .. and that he would continue the sandwich.. the new employee now goes to the end of the line to start orders for customers who have been waiting.. while a female employee walks around confused.. No one seemed to know what they were doing.. the entire restaurant was filthy .. and the were out of a bunch of stuff .. honestly was sad to see

Very nice and modern decor, modern type soda machine. Our sandwiches were great and not messy like at other locations. Only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is because their lettuce did not look fresh, it looked like it had freezer burn. Other than that its was great and I’m glad Horizon gets more options in food.

HORRIBLE LOCATION ! If you want to wait 1 hr after you order online go ahead , I order at 3:18 to have my food ready at 4:10 , well when I got there it still wasn’t ready ! Waited 20 mins for them to make it , had to leave to pick up my son at 4:30 from school, came back at 4:45 and still wasn’t ready !!!!! It’s ridiculous! I order ahead and still
