We had a large order on Saturday for a special event. They made it so easy to work with them from ordering, picking up, and they even carried the food to the car. When I picked up the order, they forgot to give us salads (which I never realized we were getting). The staff member (did not catch her name) brought the salads to where we were eating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had our food. I am so impressed with this kind of customer service. I will definitely be back.

Food was great. We came in on a Sunday lunch. They were only serving breakfast. Which was fine for us. We definitely will be back for their steak soon.

Went in and asked for a menu because I just wanted to order food to go, when I went up to the waitress she looked very annoyed and rudely gave me the menu while giving me a dirty look. I was very confused because I was polite and I didn’t think asking for a menu at a restaurant was a big ask ? I just ended up leaving because her poor attitude turned me off from wanting to eat there. The establishment was dirty as well.

First time eating take out breakfast from here. It was absolutely disgusting. The biscuits and gravy were pasty and soggy. The bacon was thin as paper, overcooked and greasy, the eggs were as thin as paper and tasted like plastic. Toast was chewy and over buttered. The hash browns were soggy and also had black and brown bad spots in all of it. Very bad experience. The waitress who gave me the meal was the only good part of my experience. She was polite and courteous. Also the gravy for the biscuits tasted like paste loaded with salt. I have pictures of all the food but to be fair I will not post them in hopes they do better in the future and make positive changes going forward.

We went to Hotel Wilber and sat there from 5:30 pm waiting for the waitress to take our order. She came back after we had been there for over a half hour and said they didn’t have their prime rib special…so I called 9th street and asked if they had some and they did. We sat down and the waitress took our order and we starving 4 people ate prime rib which was perfectly cooked and didn’t have to wait 30 minutes. We are full and happy. The lighting needs to be brighter was my only complaint. Thank you!
