Moshi Mobile is inspired by the the travels of husband and wife chef team, Marcos and Sari Mustain. Their first trip to Thailand catapulted them into discovering that the flavors from around the world needed to be brought back to Montana. Since that first trip, they have gone to Oaxaca, Hong Kong, Spain, and Sri Lanka, just to name a few. These travels and experiences have inspired all of the dishes that can be found on the food truck. Expect a wide array of fresh, spicy flavors from around the world, all while using local meats and produce.

Moshi food truck at Neptune Brewery in Livingston is SO good!!! Serving up international flavors with fresh, local ingredients. Pair with Neptune beers or their signature huckleberry seltzer. Do NOT leave without their coconut ice cream Affogato. Totally worth the stop!!!

We were in Livingston for a wedding and went to many places to eat and wish we would have found this gem first! it was the BEST food. So fresh and amazing! The beet salad was so crazy good. The tarragon vinegarette was (chefs kiss). The rest of the places we tried in Livingston were just another variety of bar food. Highly recommend. And? Best burger as well. Flavors were delightful!

Absolutely amazing food from the funniest and friendliest people! I just had the most beautiful curry bowl with black cod. Do not skip the Boa buns, fresh from the griddle, steamed to perfection. Fantastic food!
We had the burger and a shawarma, both were delicious. The burger meat was one of the, if not the best tasting burger I’ve ever had. Others around us had some of the other dishes and everyone was raving about their food.

This food is amazing. I’m from the PNW and happened to stumble onto the cart when looking for food. After spending days on the road eating garbage – this was an immense reward. The flavors of the shawarma are insane. It has the right amount of heat and super tender. The fries with the miso mayo are a MUST. They are like crack good. We stopped by for a second time on our way back about four days after and the owner(I think it was the owner) remembered my name the second time I came here! Truly a gem. Really well thought out menu. If you’re passing through you must try it! And as a bonus, it has an awesome patio where you can buy drinks from the neighboring restaurant – they have a walk up window – so you can enjoy the drinks and food together. Enjoy!!
