The main difference between this location and others, for me, is the quality of the food. I’ve been to multiple other JMs, and this was towards the bottom of the list, in terms of taste. The ingredients and sauces weren’t as abundant as all other locations I’ve been to. It felt more like a subway sandwich (i.e., when you ask for olives and they give you four olives). They weren’t nearly as busy as Tacoma or Puyallup, so the vibe was awkward. It was very quiet. I might go back to give them another try, but luckily I have a better JM closer to where I live.

This Jersey Mike’s in University Place has the best service I’ve had at any Jersey Mike’s. Their bread is so soft and delicious and the ingredients are so fresh and have so much flavor. It also has the cleanest and nicest dining rooms. You need to try this Location!!

I’m so disappointed with this location. This was my go to spot for a quality sub, but never again. A couple months ago I found a big hair in my sub and was very offput for a while. I’ve given them a couple chances since then and everything was going fine until tonight when I bit into my sub and pulled out an enormous hair. Your employees need to wear hair nets because this is clearly a consistent issue. I will not be returning because I am beyond grossed out.

I used to come here more. I stopped coming because the man that’s always working nights has NO customer service skills. He’s rude and makes you feel like you’re bothering him by eating here. Haven’t been for about a year so I decided I’d try again. Sure enough he’s still here, still rude, unfriendly and unkind. Food is decent but a bit pricey and kind of skimpy on toppings. How is this guys still employed???

Used to love Jersey Mike’s, but like other reviewers……it has gone downhill. I’ve placed an order on the app twice now and received wrong toppings or no toppings. The price is also outrageous when ordering a bowl. I asked for a bowl of the buffalo chicken with lettuce and tomatoes and got what you see below…..$10+ for some warm chicken and cheese….Will not be going back.
