I had a Cajun chicken biscuit combo with pimento cheese in it and it was a really great biscuit. My wife’s good was good as well but they forgot to drop the chicken tenders till well after we had all our food. Overall still pretty good experience.

This was my 3rd visit to Bojangles, Moody Al. location and being kind I am giving a rating of two. As my previous visits the chicken taste like it had been cooked for several hours and bland tastings at best. For the sides we wasn’t impressed with the beans, rice, slaw, or biscuits ( Sorry ). The reason of 2 rather than 1 is due to the employee was friendly and efficiently got my order ready. Probably will not make a return visit.

Making a surprise visit to Bojangle’s in Moody, AL was a wonderful experience. Very clean establishment and very modest an wonderful crew that served mine & my husbands order. Though it was to go, have to say was very nice experience.
All recommended safety precautions of health was exhibited. Like gloves, wiping down counters, switching out food timed manor like Bojangles recommended protocol. Than all the other expressed negative reviews, that is listed.
The wonderful Manager Dotta was fabulous an went out of her way to make sure we was taken care of for our order.

Pro: Wonderful staff, clean restaurant, clean presentable staff, maintained cleanliness while not working or handling orders.

Bojangle’s is one of the better chicken restaurants and we always enjoy our visits. We will be back to this location as it is the one nearest our residence and it is run properly. The parking lot as well as the interior of the restaurant and restrooms were all clean and properly maintained.

The food was pretty good but it was WAY TOO COLD in the dining room on a mild temperature day, low to mid 70’s. If you are going to eat there, I would suggest taking layers… a fleece pullover… a blanket. Thankfully I keep a jacket and blanket in the car. When I asked if they could adjust the temperature so it wasn’t so cold, was told it was hot in the back. Who are they serving… the employees or the customers? If there aren’t 2 thermostats built in… maybe they should consider that on the front end!

Fast and “on top of things”! The hash browns that I ordered were physically dripping grease onto my clothes when I would pull one out of the bag for a bite. Let’s just say I won’t be getting the hash browns for a little bit. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Screws up my order no coffee in self serve machine took forever but when you have church guys blowing a gasket on you at 930 Sun am youve got a problem. When everybody in the building. Is standing nobody sitting and eating you have a problem.
