Hayden at the Raymore location was AMAZING!!! I mean I honestly cannot say that I’ve EVER, been disappointed with Chicfila’s service at ANY location. But Hayden was just the sweetest server ever. It was his integrity that got my attention. He was very honest about what accommodations could and couldn’t be made, and even kept me from almost hitting the curb! Shout out to his parents for his upbringing; but also Chicfila’s standards that they uphold and meet with every staff member they employ!

Chick-fil-A has been around forEVER. As a teen back in Philadelphia we had them in the malls and they had good food back then. Now with the standalone buildings, I have to say I don’t think theres any establishment that handles the volume of traffic they get as well as they do. Great values as humans too

I love CHICK FIL A!! This location always gives hot and fresh food that is up to my high standards. They have the best chikin. I sit 10+ mins at this location, which is long time compared to the rest. I’ve never been greeted nicely at the drive through. I never get a “hi” and I have to lead the conversation to take my order. DO NOT ORDER SAUSAGE EGG & CHEESE BISCUITS TO GO! I have ordered these about 5 or 6 times over the past 4 months. The first time was great. The second time was not good
. The sausage was over cooked and chewy. My wife wears dentures and couldn’t eat her sandwich. The next two visits were fine, probably because I cautioned them each time about overcooking the sausage. This morning I stopped here to order 2 sausage egg & cheese biscuits to go
. As usual I reminded them of my problem with overcooked sausage on a prior order. The clerk assured me that the sausage was just off the grill and should be fine. I got home with the 2 sandwiches only to find both had chewy overcooked sausage patties. Another $10 pissed away at this place
What a disappointment. I called and spoke to the ”manager” before I posted this. He apologized, naturally, and offered a refund. I didn’t want to drive over there again. I figured an honest review might yield better results.

First time at this location, I had a mobile order. The workers were letting regular customers order in the mobile line, which is NOT the point of the mobile order line.
I got a Mac and cheese for my kids and it was burnt and not edible. I spent $9 for a large Mac and cheese that no one could eat. Drink orders were wrong. Fries were old and cold. Flow at this location is awful. Not sure I’ll be back to this location

Friendly and helpful staff. Great fresh and tasty menu items! Met the new owner who stopped by each table to greet and meet the customers! Tried the kale salad on his recommendation (and treat) and I loved it! My new fav order—kale salad, grilled chicken nuggets, and unsweet iced tea!

I had called Chipotle for a catering for the next day and because I didn’t give them 24 hours notice, they wouldn’t work with me. Numerous Chipotles turned me down. Plus they had me on hold forever. I gave up on that and called Chick fil a. The manager worked with me right away on my catering order for the next day, giving suggestions and helping me decide what would be best. The next day, my order was hot and ready. Everyone at my luncheon was thrilled. They had all plates and utensils along with everything I needed. It was amazing. Thank you, Chick-fil-a at this location for working with me last minute and making it so easy!

Friendliness is definitely sub par compared to other locations. Which one of the deciding factors for a lot of people. The girl taking my order was void of any kind of emotion whatsoever. Was worried that I might have to take her pulse. Although I was the last vehicle in line, she was turning and leaving before I had even grabbed my card from her. Almost as if to avoid the dreaded “my pleasure”. While the boy handing over my order seemed mildly happy, the words from him were “Matt? Here you go”. Wondering if whoever manages this location just likes having Sunday off…

The food is great as always. The last few times the order takers in the DT are not friendly. Too busy chatting with each other , some have hair in their face and seem unfriendly. Out of the norm service for this brand. Hope you hire some friendlier faces
