I just ordered from door dash and asked the dasher if he could request some simple substitutions for my order and apparently they refused the simple substitutions and gave the door dasher an extremely hard time. Dunkin you are no longer the only game in town…we have tons of coffee shops to chose from and due to the way I received my order today I will now be utilizing your competition. I know I’m only one customer but you should be ashamed of your staff. Whoever the gentleman was working Thursday (3/5) morning shift at the Dunkin on miracle mile needs a course in customer service and getting along with vendor partners such as door dash. Do better. Don’t bring your attitude to work

Long wait time even if there were only 2 cars in front of you. 2 people working there. I had to wait 20 minutes for the order that I placed online & got room temperatures food because 1 worker was chit chatting with 1 customer inside & other was taking care of garbage while I’m the only one waiting for food that was prepared 20 minutes ago.10 minutes wait from 1 car to other for asking order. Short staffed place.

So i went in the other day craving an apple fritter. One lady ahead of me. She finishes with the lady and moves back over to drive through.
It was clear to me that she was working alone. And I watched as cars came onto drive through and come around to get stuff and leave.
Based on the number of songs played, had been about 15 min. She finally looks at me and says… it’s going to be a few more minutes….
Didn’t need that fritter all that bad, so I just left.
Very disappointed because I do enjoy an occasional dunkin.
