James…I always see him running around making sure everything is perfect when it’s handed to the customer. Has great customer service and a positive attitude he’s really sweet and does everything by the book he is my favorite person in the whole store I come every morning to see him because I know my food is gonna be cooked to perfection and I’m gonna have everything in my bag that I ordered and I’m gonna leave with a smile on my face. The lady that stands around and watches everybody else work in the red shirt, takes your long order ($55.00 worth) off the computer as filled when it isn’t! Makes the Shelbyville TN place look so efficient but it’s far from it! All I needed to complete the order was a sausage egg cheese burrito! I confronted her on her way of doing business after waiting 11 minutes After she took my order off the screen. I said it sure makes your computer records look good but not your customer service!

Good customer service, but the food is not edible. We had to throw it away. Burgers were dry, old, and no condiments. The quality of meat is questionable. Do better. The winter cranberry lime sprite was delicious though.

We ordered from Hardee’s recently using door dash and it was really good! I hadn’t ordered from a Hardee’s in years. The burgers were very good for a fast food place. The fries were excellent! It’s not a cheap place based on fast food standards but their burgers are good sized and so are their drinks. I’ve heard some complain about the long, slow line here but I had a short delivery time using door dash. We will most likely order from them again.

I get now why nobody comes here. I waited a silly amount of time for a person because I was the only one in line and there were 2 cars in the parking lot. Next, I asked for curly fries, get home (30 minutes because I live in Petersburg), and it’s regular fries. It wasn’t a difficult order, and they weren’t slammed. They need to pay better attention.
