The service here was quick and friendly. This shop is well maintained with beautiful landscaping. This is a great place to enjoy your beverage under live oaks covered in Spanish moss. I would definitely come to this location again.

Terrible service. 7 people working and 41 minutes tp get my drink. How much do these people get paid?? 5 people were behind me in line and no cashier was working. Lots of kids standing around talking. I guess the customer doesn’t come as a priority. Cup had coffee leaking from the bottom. Ordered 4 drinks and spent around 30 plus dollars.

Always consistent. I go In the mornings between 730-830. Inside is clean and relatively spacious. Walk-in is always fast in the mornings when I go; drive thru can have a short wait but the team does a good job of keeping things flowing. My default is Venti Pikes, Berry Parfait and sometimes the turkey bacon /egg sandwich. The sandwich is at best ok (at any Starbucks).

This could be a newer Starbucks, it is roomy, trendy, plenty of seating, large counter and service is great. The tea and coffee are at Starbucks standard. If you are on the island and want Starbucks, this is a good location.

The barista who took our order, David, was absolutely amazing and very sweet. Service was excellent and our stuff came out quickly(especially for the size of our order). This Starbucks sure kicks butt! Thank you for all you do! This store worked hard on our customer connection and delivered.

STARBUCKS! If you can’t train your staff better, please don’t make the names and recipes of two similar drinks so confusing. There are two drinks: the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato and the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. When I order a Macchiato, 4 out of 10 times, the barista asks whether I want it hot or cold (why?)—the macchiato is supposed to be hot, so this question feels unnecessary. And 8 out of 10 times, they assume it’s cold, and I end up with the wrong version again. It’s frustrating because the staff should know these two drinks are very different. Whether they ask or not, I often end up with the wrong drink when I want a HOT Apple Crisp Macchiato as advertised!!!

To avoid this, I started ordering online, hoping they’d pay more attention, but I still received the wrong drink again and again. The staff was kind enough to make another one, but they messed it up again by trying to fix the issue without even care to read the label on the wrong drink. I was so disappointed, I just walked out feeling sorry that I paid so much for a cup of coffee and still didn’t get what I wanted. I couldn’t even be mad at anyone—I just left feeling upset with myself, I just bought a cup full of depression labeled Starbucks.

Honestly, drinking coffee and shopping should be an enjoyable experience, not something that adds to frustration and sadness. The only thing that makes Starbucks stand out from other popular coffee brands now is the service and supposedly ‘speedy’ wait times. Starbucks doesn’t even sell coffee anymore; starbucks sell flavors and service, and I still have to wait 20 minutes for a wrong drink while the store is completely empty. Without good service, it feels like I’m being robbed. Needless to say, I’m disappointed !

I went to this Starbucks this morning to get a coffee and I wasn’t sure what it was called so I was asking the lady at the drive thru questions. When I was finished with my order the lady thought her microphone was off and I could hear her complaining about me and calling me “super complicated” it was extremely disrespectful and I will not be coming back.

This location is very active and can be extremely busy at times. This particular Starbucks is less than a minute away from my job so it’s in a convenient location whenever I need a pick me up or that second wind to get me through the rest of my shift. The employees are generally nice and have learned my name plus the type of coffee I order every visit. They definitely get five stars.

Update! Clean and nice inside still. Some staff, friendly, some not. They all look absolutely miserable working there. Half of the time, the cold foam drinks are made incorrectly where there is no foam, it’s not blended long enough, or there is water in the blender because the “foam” just immediately melts into the cold brew. It doesn’t taste nearly as good that way. Shown is my Irish cream cold brew from today. It is also typically a 20-30 minute wait for 2-4 drinks even when you order ahead.
