The app lies, it has a free sandwich with purchase offer for first time app users. However the app is very sneaky and only applies this offer if you’ve meet the reward goal. Be careful when using the Hardee’s app. This will be my first and last time doing so.

I love Hardee’s food/menu. I had initially left a 1 star review but that’s harsh. I’ll likely come back but management could certainly do a better job. That’s all I’ll say…….

I’ve eaten Hardee’s biscuits, 47 years of my life. I got a gravy biscuit on the way to work and the gravy is full of large clumps of flour, not sausage. Looks like no breakfast today, time to get started at work.

Gravy is consistently lumpy.. I don’t come here much so for the gravy to be lumpy (clumps of flour) months apart, and only at this location.. something needs to change. My 16 & 17 year old can make sausage gravy without lumps so this shouldn’t be too much to ask! It’s very unappetizing. I opened my box back up to take a picture (I ate my biscuit without the gravy) and it had spilled in the box but it actually helped show just how bad and how many lumps there are. Please fix this!!

As you can see, I ordered the usually fully-cooked apple pie. The photo shows dough from the half cooked pie. This is a clear display of carelessness in the food industry & total disregard to my health. Unfortunately, I ate this before bed and didn’t notice the gummy substance on the bottom half till about half way in. I am both terrified and disturbed…Totally unacceptable.

Hardee’s used to be good but this visit was different. I ordered online and picked up at the drive through and when I got home I was missing a medium fry and a dipping sauce from my order and my 2 large fries only had a few fries in each carton. I have attached photos. I paid $33 for my order. Now I see why there are never any cars in their parking lot. I really don’t see how they stay in business.
