I got there and picked up my food and decided to eat in. The guy working up front came out with napkins and a water for me with my food, which was super sweet! My food was fantastic as always and I got way more than I could possibly eat for only $17 on uber eats!

I’ve been to this location just 2 times and it was amazing that’s why I came a 3rd… Whoever the caucasian male in his early 40’s is, was horrible!! Oct 7th 2025 @ 8:50pm. The service was HORRIBLE!! When I ordered my food over the phone the guy had an attitude! I tried to forget about it.. when I got there he was so rude to the women in front of me. I again tried to ignore it.. when I approached him, he walked away and said “you have an order in” but I couldn’t hear him because he walked away as he was saying it. I asked him what did he say and he got another attitude. I asked for parmesan on both pizzas and crust toppers on one also. He did none of it.. I asked if he had it on the side but he said “we don’t do that! It’s on the pizza!” And it CLEARLY isn’t… overall horrible.

I have had this issue before it was well taken care of! But this looks disgusting and I just had too! Me and my two children I thought would be fine eating this but it’s messy and I dislike it ! I talked to an employee and they are understanding but when I realized how messy the pizza was I stated this is wrong and I would like another pizza ! Hopefully I can get it in time and just the perfect way I like it bc I choose this bambino pizza place over any other spot ! Seriously situations happens but I am speaking just freely is all. I appreciate everyone and will continue to order but I will try pick up on busier days like this one!!! HERE IS UPDATE THE OTHER PIZZA IDK WHAT TO SAY! NEVER ORDERING EVER!!!! Pizza didn’t have everything I paid for like the other ! I added my own Parmesan cheese this is crazy but no thanks!

My pizza was mid, but I placed an online order and they totally forgot to make one of my 2 pizzas. I had to wait 10 mins for the order when he said it would he ready in 1-2 mins, then had to wait an additional 15 mins to make a pizza they forgot! no apology for waisting my time and making me wait. It was dirty inside so I waited in my car and the guy behind the counter smelled like he hasn’t showered in a week! worst experience picking up an order ever! I will stick to my regular places.

I wanted to like this place. I live near by so its a convenient little place to get a hot sandwich and first few times it was decent.
I usually order pick up and walk over. First few times staff was friendly and food was good well garlic bread and sandwiches were good, pizza and wings not so much and the mac and cheese was incredibly bland…
Like I’m a cook it’s not hard to use seasoning… anyway last time I went in after ordering the big scruffy bearded guy and grandma who work there were in back so I come in and sit down seeing there’s noone at the register and my food wasn’t up. So the big fella (having a bad day) calls over are you here for a pick up and I reply yeah then state my order. He just says I can’t hear him and walks away. Then comes back and complains to grandma who walks into a restaurant and just sits down? Which I heard perfectly clearly even though the big cowardly fella said so under his breath. Well what kind of restaurant doesn’t have someone greet people also they got my order wrong leaving the bacon and cheddar off the bacon cheddar fries. Didn’t even make a new one just added a pile of bacon and cheddar to it then baked it and gave it back.
If you are this miserable at your job you should quit and find something you are good at some people don’t belong working in the public.

Calzone cooked golden ,crispy on the outside with a dusting on parmason cheese. Gooey hot cheese,pepperoni and mushrooms inside every bite. Couldn’t ask for anything more . My late night order was ready for pick up right when they said it would be.

The dessert pizza is usually why I pick this place . And it’s never the same every time unfortunately:( completely no icing on it like I have gotten in the past so I’m sad. The extra cooked bread isint all that tasty either.
