The food here taste like it’s been sitting for sometime under a warmer. The drinks are “meh” and the staff is not friendly. I’ve ordered online a few times and when I arrived to pick up my order they were closed and I was never reimbursed. Why say you’re open online when you’re not??

This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible. MOST of the staff has an attitude. Ordered a large iced blueberry coffee. Tasted horrible. It literally tastes like regular creamer. Had no flavor what’s so ever. I usually go to a different Dunkin so I know how they taste and look. I took it inside and waited for her to come over to the cash register while she finished her text message. She finally came over, I told her want was wrong with it. She remakes it the EXACT same way. Don’t make people waste their money if you don’t know what you are doing. I wasent even gonna go back inside and waste my time anymore. Do your self a favor, take the extra 7 minuet drive and go to the Dunkin in Racine going towards the highway. Do say I didn’t warn you.

it was empty, me and my friend where the only two people. the indian guy behind the counter didn’t scan the gift card i had and made me pay full price for my drink. he also didn’t understand what i was saying so it was very hard to order. I ordered oat milk because im very lactose intolerant and he forgot and i had to remind him. He also forgot to give my friend her donuts and gave her two donut holes when she paid for two whole donuts. overall a very disappointing experience. I would be more forgiving if it was busy but it was me and friends and only two of us ordered. I definitely will not be returning to this location.
