This store either needs a major do over in management or it needs to be shut down. We ordered dinner because we’ve all been sick, and found out that our 2 pizzas had a layer of fibers or thin hairs sprouting from the crusts. It literally looked like our pizzas were baked on a towel or a fuzzy sweater. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve heard a ton of other stories since then of food poisoning and contaminated food. 0/10

So it’s taken a little while to write this. The reason being is initially I ordered the Big Dipper pizza. It’s two feet long and one continuous pizza sliced into little rows and absolutely covered in pepperonis and thick cheese. When my pizza arrived and I opened it it looked NOTHING like the photo. It was divided in half and cut like two deep dish pizzas with while still being able to fit my added cheesy bread in the Big Dipper box? How’s that work or fit? I was disappointed by it but blew it off as being one of those times the picture for fast food doesn’t look as grand as what you actually get. THEN when I was talking to a friend today I google imaged the pizza and saw tons of photos of people reviewing their pizzas, and what did I see? Their pizzas look like the advertising and not even close to my pizza. My pizza had random pepperonis all over it and the cheese didn’t cover the entire pizza like theirs. So now I know it was a lack of poor service and bad employees my pizza was what it was.

I order a pizza they messed up I called back they hung up I had to call the district manger and have them order it to the store for me. Because the workers wouldn’t answer after they told me the pizza was right and hung up. The pizza the district manger ordered for me showed up by same delivery driver and my pizza was destroyed to a point only one or two slices were edible. The service provided by the employees were very young and immature but the district manger and Pizza Hut business tried to provide good service.

DO NOT COME HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. I informed staff three times over the course of a month that there were BLACK WIDOW SPIDERS in the lobby and on the underside of the only bench where customers sit. The webs remained undisturbed and the EXTREMELY VENOMOUS spiders were becoming more and more numerous. I have several videos and pictures showing the spiders, and you can even hear staff joking about them in the background. Absolutely horrific.
