Just grabbed a great Bigger Plate from Panda Express via the drive-thru (10/24 at 4:52 pm)! The service was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted promptly and courteously at the speaker, which along with the menu was noticeably clean.
My order was the Bigger Plate ($12.19 after rewards discount) with fried rice, the new crispy beef and shrimp (a $1.60 upcharge), orange chicken, and grilled teriyaki chicken. Everything was fresh and hot. The staff, especially Leslie, was very friendly, professional, and helpful.
Overall, the service and food quality is excellent at this location. The Bigger Plate is definitely big—enough food for 2-3 people depending on your appetite! Will absolutely return.

Worst Panda Express ever. Food tasted awful. Complained and lady argued with me. Sorry I’m honest. Fried rice was off, mushroom chicken was off, pepper steak was trash. Fire the chef burrito. Skip this one and go to the Chinese food across st.

This location is far superior to the Acworth location in entree availability, freshness, and portion size. Also, the employees all seem to enjoy being there, and we always see smiles and courteous service, even when there seem to be a lot of customers. Orders received have been accurate and delicious. I choose this location over the one that’s closer to home because I can rely on getting what I ordered and paid for without an extremely long wait at the window or pulled up.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I order to go order and when I got home I found maggots in my food. When confronted about it they asked me if I got beef (as if this was a common occurrence for them). They did refund but still definitely a health concern.

I only order through the drive thru. However, I have been in there one time and it was clean with fresh food. I like this location more so than the Douglasville one. I appreciate the better service and food quality.

The serving size was smaller than the other Panda Express locations I have eaten at before. The customer service, however, was exceptional. Every entree I asked for was readily available with no wait time. I will definitely come back again, hopefully to deliver a 5-star review.

My wife and I have been coming to this location in Hiram for years. Food is usually fresh and very flavorful. Came here solo today as i was craving some Panda express. I usually only get the Kung Pao chicken as it’s a never fail all around good meal. Today I had the Kung Pao and also the Beijing beef, which I have had a few times. The kung pao was good as usual, but the Beijing beef was a lot more dry, almost like the meat was overcooked, or maybe it sat under the heat lamp too long.
The server behind the counter (Edda) is a great representative of who you would want serving your customers; she was very polite and extremely professional, she even walked the dining area and asked how everyone was doing. Hopefully they will keep her here and pay attention to her and reward her appropriately.
Place was mostly clean except my table had not been wiped down yet, but it was about 12:45 on a Monday (Jan 11, 2019) so that happens.
5 stars for that employee, 3 for Beijung beef, 4 for cleanliness, total 4.
