The employees are so kind here, and they work really quickly. And there’s been very few times that I’ve been in there (and Dunkin is my favorite place to stop by at) where they’ve been understaffed. And Even then, they get the job done quickly and correctly.

Horrible customer service. Made incorrect sandwich last 4-5 times I’ve been here. Over half of the workers including the new manager are very lazy. You say something to them regarding incorrect order and they try to argue with you and make it seem like customer is wrong. Very bad experience here

Today, June 14th around 10 AM, I ordered a hot coffee while holding my small child. Instead, I was given a cold one. When I politely pointed it out, the girl at the counter (around 20–25 years old) was rude, claimed I ordered it cold, and refused to remake it. She didn’t even let me finish speaking
The attitude was unacceptable and honestly ruined my morning. I hope the owner takes a closer look at who is working the front and how they treat customers.

There are 2 bathrooms in the store right in front. One for men one for ladies.. employee said no to 3 customers for bathroom use… one of them was with Baby and other one was a my pregnant wife… employee said they are being cleaned… there were no one in there… and even if they were being cleaned, they should clean one and let the other one open… what a pathetic inhuman behavior from employee just because she doesn’t have to clean bathroom at the end of the day. Will never come back here. Pizza place next door had no issue letting us in use the bathroom even that we didn’t buy anything from them.

Unfortunately, I must leave an unsatisfactory review. A busy day and the one female employee for today is doing a great job keeping up with orders and customers. While a separate male employee was wiping tables and not assisting his co-worker, i overheard him tell another customer who asked about making his order that it “wasn’t his job”. Not sure what exactly his position is but to see the girl entirely submerged in a rush of people was not great to see at all. He could have done any task to help alleviate work for his co-worker, wiping tables that were hardly, if not at all dirty wasn’t one of them

Missed my train because I waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee and a wake up wrap. I stopped in because I had ample time before my train left. I had paid for my food and gold myself if it took 5 more minutes I would leave even though I had already paid.
There were a maximum of 7 other people there so the wait was unjustified. As someone who has not only worked at dunkin themself and been in the food industry for years, no one should ever scold or frankly yell at a customer when they politely ask how much longer for their food. I saw this happen at least 4 times. I’ve never seen a staff move so slow. This is included eye rolls, shuffling and slamming of utensils. The only one who seemed to be working with any initiative was the girl taking orders. No only did she pick up her coworkers slack but greeted people nicely. Please do bagged

This Dunkin’ is beautiful! It made my day to have such friendly service from the manager Millie. Every time I am in the area, I look forward to going in to chat with her. She takes pride in the store and her customers. It’s hard to find wonderful customer service these days and glad to see that Millie teaches her team to be as wonderful as she is! Great job Millie!
