I went here this evening with my brother. He ordered a cappuccino with oatmilk. Craig started making the drink with regular milk but caught himself and remade the drink. I ordered a strawberry watermelon refresher with coconut milk. The drink was made without coconut milk. I pointed it out to Craig and he said “oh yeah that’s right.” He then remade my drink with a tiny splash of coconut milk and didn’t put any fruit inclusions in the second drink. He had a pretty bad attitude and was seemingly incapable of making the drinks right the first time. I worked in food service a long time and I understand having bad days but this was a pretty crappy experience and we will not be back.

I love the decor and the general atmosphere, the food and the bakery items are always pretty good too. But the drinks…. I’ve tried 5 different times and I just…. I can’t do it. I can’t get anything there I like. I’ve tried the ice capps, coffee, and finally tried tea… and it just isn’t good. I hate to be that way, but it just isn’t good. I wish it was.

Don’t go here, it is a waste of your time and money. I got a breakfast wrap with eggshells in it. My iced coffee was mostly water. They messed up all 3 of my drinks. I asked for a full refund and they said sure, come on down and we will give you one. I just looked and they only refunded me $6 out of the full $22 that my order costed. I would not go to this place, it’s is an entire waste of money and no one cares enough to remediate anything. I had to throw the entire order away and I get to go back to work thirsty and hungry thanks to these folks.

This place is soo slow but to make up for it they cannot make a cup of coffee of any kind. As a Tim Hortons fan I am completely disappointed in this shop. The coffee is weak somehow watered down . I even tried to get a just a black coffee and I could see through the coffee to the bottom of my cup. Where the heck is the manager can someone please help this place this is THE WORST TIM HORTONS COFFEE EVER SERVED. WHAT ARE THEY DOING WRONG AND HOW COME THEY CANT GET IT RIGHT. EVER???? After SEVERAL chances I recommend skipping this Tim Hortons if you want coffee. The bakery is good

Staff members seemed to not know what was happening. I tried to order a breakfast meal and my cashier seemed to be confused and almost incoherent. Store was out of a few items which I know is not the staffs fault. There was one staff member who seemed to know what was happening and I felt bad for her because everyone else was unhelpful. She deserves a raise but I unfortunately do not know her name. Overall a very strange experience this morning. Not worth the stop but could make for an entertaining/irritating experience.

It is truly disappointing that such a new business in the area doesn’t live up to expectations, not only once but multiple times. Especially when your meal costs as much as it did. Our meal was almost $30 and not pleasant at all. The egg was underdone on all 3 sandwiches, my sandwiches were not what I ordered and the breads were not toasted, even after explicitly asking.
My fiancé and I regularly go out and get breakfast sandwiches every Saturday morning together, we’ve been to this location 4 times and each time the above complaint was same, I understand there are growing pains and with a new business and new employees stuff happens and I really wanted it to be this way here. But unfortunately there has been no improvement.
We will be going to stubenville location from now on if we want Tims.

I ordered an ordinary breakfast sandwich. A egg and sausage sandwich. I don’t know how but it was the worst sandwich ever. So I gave them the benefit of a doubt and ordered another as I watch this very young man with no experience take another muffin out , no heat , didn’t heat the sausage and put a cold piece of cheese on it , And gave it to me with attitude.

Not sure if it was just an off day and they were short staffed or if it was just blant ignorance but all 3 drinks were made incorrectly (did offer to remake the one but declined), food was cold and not cooked properly and took extremely long. Overall not a good experience
