Excellent experience. My colleague and I stopped here for lunch. We are both Popeyes fans. The restaurant was clean and modern. You place your food order through the kiosk. The customer service was excellent, the staff was very friendly. Definitely felt like a valued customer. The food was fresh and appealing to the eyes. Negative comment is Popeyes is expensive. That said I’ll be back.

This is our first time here as recommended by my wife’s younger sister. She said try the chicken thighs so just trying it out we ordered #4 plate with four chicken, Mac & Cheese and some water. We ordered all thighs two Lousiana Hot and Two Classic. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and not as salty as KFC. KFC has met its match the taste was a little better than KFC. After finishing the chicken, I looked at the receipt and saw we had a small drink with the order which was not given to us, maybe the nice attendant forgot as she was also manning the take out. My had to go to the all gender restroom I went in after her and noticed that it does need to be serviced. Some customers before us were not respectful enough and had littered the restroom with a bunch of used napkins. So sorry for the cleaning crew. But all in all the place was clean and quiet.

Terrible service. Staff ignored me at the counter for minutes. When the manager asked if I needed help, and before I could answer she turned away and talked on the phone with someone else. Not only do the staff communicated in a language that I don’t understand, they barely spoke English to me. Meanwhile there was a lot of yelling and hollering in the kitchen. I was fearful for the quality of my order as I don’t know what the staff was doing with my order. I asked for hot sauce to go with the chicken and was told that was extra cost. I never felt so unwelcome and unwanted. Not how I want to spend my Sunday afternoon.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and ranch on the side. I didn’t get any pickles plus they just put a chicken tender piece between a bun and barely any sauce. This is not what I ordered and now they get paid $20/hr for not doing their job properly.

Waited to order at the counter since I had cash. Stood there for 15min. No one took my order. But since I was standing there I started looking around. Everything is dirty. The floors, tables the counter where the registers are. If they aren’t cleaning where the public sees or seats imagine how nasty it is where we cant see! I got disgusted and walked out. How can a store that is relatively new be that nasty already? BEWARE NEVER USE THE DRIVE THRU ALWAYS CHECK THE INSIDE OF THE STORE YOUR SLEF FOR CLEANLINESS

They sell burnt chicken. Got 10pc set but all 10 are burnt. So burnt that you can taste it. Been trying to reach the store for over an hour but call goes straight to voicemail. Not sure how effective reporting feature is in the app. Don’t waste your money here.
