The chicken salad was pretty good and the croissants were fresh. The broccoli salad was pretty dry, it needed more dressing. The pasta salad was the same, it was on the dry side. We will definitely come back and give more items a try. I do like that they have to go items up front for a fast meal. It is on the expensive side though.

We had the great fortune to be able to go to the soft opening of this location! We have had chicken salad from the Moore location and liked it and we’re excited to be getting one in Norman. We tried the Classic Carol, Fruity Fran (grapes, apple, and pineapple), and Cranberry Kelli (dried cranberries and slivered almonds). All 3 were excellent. I LOVE how creamy they are. I am a believer in mayo and do not like a dry chicken salad, so it did not disappoint! The fresh fruit was very fresh, the grapes were crunchy. Loved it. The broccoli salad had a sweet vinegar based dressing, which is different from any broccoli salad I’d ever had. It was good but a bit sweet for my liking. My wife raved about their strawberry lemonade. It was tart and very good. If you love a salad, this is the place. There are so many choices of chicken salad, and an egg salad, and pimento cheese. Highly recommend.

The staff here is great! I stopped in for quick lunch with my baby and the lady who took my order was so nice and welcoming. She ran over and got a high chair for me, and told me she had just disinfected it. She offered to get my drink for me, and checked in a bunch of times. The food was great and the place was very clean as well.

Food is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would suggest they add a couple of hearty broth based soups and a larger selection of leafy salads. Tables weren’t clean at lunchtime. It was a very busy Sat. and they may have been short staffed. Linda, a server and the other staff are quick to respond to your needs. Overall a pleasant meal, just needed attention to busing tables.

I had the chicken BLT; it was wonderful. A sampling of the BBQ chicken was offered during my visit. That was wonderful as well. Next time I will order that. The employees were friendly and upbeat. Zac took our order and was very helpful in helping us decide on what to get. Linda kept the lobby going by chatting with customers and taking trash off tables. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I waited until I was able to eat a variety of their chicken salads before leaving this review. I’ve tried the savory, sweet, and spicy varieties that they offer which aren’t bad. The issue I have specifically with this location is a single employee that has helped me well over majority of the times I have visited this location. The employee in question is a black woman that has tattoos running down each side of her neck from her ear lobes down.
This employee is the epitome of someone that shouldn’t hold a job in customer service. Not once, but twice this woman has given me an utter look of disgust and literally thrown my credit card and order at me. I confronted management over the phone about the first incident and told him that I was not looking for a free meal (which was offered to me), and that the employee in question was extremely out of line and rude. I told him I would only return if the employee was reprimanded and corrected on how to interact with the public. He agreed that needed to happen and knew exactly what employee I was discussing.
Upon my most recent visit, the same woman was working and took my payment. The exact same situation happened all over again. As much as I wanted to bark at the employee I acted like nothing happened.
For all of that, I will never be coming back to this location, and I will encourage the people I know not to frequent this establishment. If that woman ever works at a different restaurant, I will turn around and walk out and avoid confrontation.

I had the lemon basil chicken salad and it was delicious. My husband really enjoyed his jalapeno chicken salad as well. My only complaint is that there were small portions of my salad that had wilted to the point of needing to be removed and thrown away. The poppy seed salad dressing was very good and I appreciated the club crackers that came with the salad. We will be back to try all the other interesting combinations.

I love chicken salad chick! I camped out at this location for opening day, I love it that much. I would buy tubs of the grape salad if I could. I went in today and the customer service was incredible. The girl that helped me, I think her name was Alayna?, she was an angel. Seriously, so kind. The second I left, I needed to write a review because she made my day. 13/10 will probably eat here next week.
