“Family, Food, and Wine have long been some of the great passions in my life, especially the Lucchese food and traditions. This was influenced by my grandfather who migrated from Lucca, Italy in northwest Tuscany. I had the opportunity to live in Lucca in 2012 and while there travel and study the food and culture throughout Italy. Bar Lucca is my way of sharing this wonderful experience with Conshohocken. Bar Lucca’s menu features the delicious cuisine of some of my favorite regions of Italy and throughout the Mediterranean. I am excited to bring authentic ingredients, handmade doughs, and the Italian way of food to the emerging culinary scene in Conshohocken.” Brian Pieri, Owner

The food was honestly really good. I ordered the mushroom ravioli the flavor was nice, but the broth was a little too watery for my taste. Other than that, the appetizers were great and everything tasted fresh.
Our waiter, Aaron T., was amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and made the experience much better. That alone is a big plus for the place.
Overall, delicious food and great service. Just wish the ravioli broth had a bit more body, but I would definitely go back to try more dishes.

Bar Lucca was outstanding from start to finish. Patrick’s service was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and genuinely on point the entire night. Lauren was also incredibly supportive and made sure everything ran smoothly.
The wild boar ragu was unforgettable, one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time, and the espresso martinis were perfectly crafted.
Food was incredible, service was perfect, and the cocktails were delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

Bar Lucca really sets the bar high. From the moment I walked in, everything felt warm, organized, and dialed in. The food? Straight-up impressive.
I ordered the lamb chops, Brussels sprouts, and calamari. The Brussels sprouts were honestly the best I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked with a sauce that deserves its own spotlight. The lamb chops were tender and seasoned exactly right, and the calamari was very tasty — fresh, crispy, and full of flavor without being greasy. Everything came out looking and tasting like someone in the kitchen actually cares.
What truly elevated the night was my server, Aaron T. He was outstanding — attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. He made the whole experience flow effortlessly. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and Bar Lucca is lucky to have him.

Great food (mostly). It was too loud for my personal taste, couldnt even hear my partner across the table half the time even if we both lean in and raise our voices. The service was super slow. There were solid 15 min waits in between our dishes. Our waitress was nice, she seemed overwhelmed with all her tables so dont think its her. Maybe they’re understaffed or kitchen is slow, not sure. Started off with brussel sprouts and Tuscan salad. Both my partner and I’s favorites of the night. The Tuscan salad was light, fresh, and had the perfect amount of dressing (just lightly coated). The brussel sprouts were sweet, spicy, and salty. The black garlic gnocchi was good. The sauce was too salty by the end of the dish, but the gnocchi is perfection. Pizza was good. Lamb shank was disappointing. The lamb shank was tiny, barely all meat. It was really hard to get off the bone as it wasnt cooked down. There was no way to get the meat off with fork and knife. So we had to grab it and eat it like a drumstick. The veggies that came with it was good though. For dessert, the gelato was amazing. Just like the ones we been dreaming of thinking about our trip to Italy. Got the pistachio, espresso, and raspberry mascarpone. Raspberry was ok, a bit icy. But the pistachio and the espresso was amazing. The flavors were concentrated, with a hint of bitterness at the end of each bite. Creamy, smooth and a great way to end the meal.

Bar Lucca has great food, and our server Marie was lovely but unfortunately the management has seriously declined over the past six months. This is the second time we’ve arrived on time for our reservation and been seated late—this time to an extreme degree. We were seated over an hour after our reservation with no acknowledgment or compensation. On top of that, they were out of multiple options on the menu.
We would have left, but there were no other restaurants available. We were told to go upstairs and “help ourselves to a drink,” only to be met by a bartender who seemed frustrated and annoyed at having to serve us. The staff in general seemed overworked. I understand that it was busy, but there’s no acceptable reason to keep guests waiting over an hour past their reservation.
Please be better, this used to be one of our favorites in the area.

We initially came here for dinner just because we heard it was good, and didn’t even realize it was restaurant week. We totally lucked out.
Everything we ate (and drank!) was awesome, especially the diver scallops, the Brussels sprouts, and even the bread that’s given to the table. They gave my daughter a dish of noodles, butter, and cheese, and even that was delicious.
It’s not the most kid-friendly place in terms of lack of high chairs and a kid-specific menu, but we made it work. Our server was especially patient and kind when it came to our toddler, which helped a lot. She even offered to wrap up our dessert so we could get out of there, which was an amazing idea and I’m so glad she thought of it.
We will 10000% be back, but very likely for a date night.

Above and beyond customer service! After placing a DoorDash order, we received the notification that it was on the way—only to have it immediately canceled by the dasher (it seemed like the order may have been stolen). The owner of Bar Lucca didn’t hesitate to step in, remake our entire order, and personally deliver it himself.
We were completely blown away by his dedication to making it right when it wasn’t even their mistake. That level of care is rare and so appreciated. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious—as always! Highly recommend!

Went to Bar Luca for lunch with co-workers. The food is delicious. The wait staff are very kind and helpful. It was a quick lunch, maybe about 45 minutes. I recommend this restaurant if you’re in the Conshocken area and have to be in and out or if you want to stay and have a cocktail. Desert is also pretty good! I would definitely go again.
