The daily double is supposed to come with diced onions and slivered onions; they gave me no onions. I ordered no salt and the patties were so salty that I couldn’t eat it.
The kiosk was out of paper, so there was no receipt with an order number. The screen at the counter to display orders was off. The employees bagged my food to go when I ordered dine in. I didn’t get my food when it was ready because they announced order numbers even though the faulty kiosk left no order numbers.

I went to this McDonald’s today hoping that we would get our food in less than 15 minutes, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food and they still missed 5 of our drinks. The service was absolutely terrible, one of the workers was wearing an AirPod while talking and was doing his job very improperly, the same worker was using his phone while making the fries! Not only did it take forever for us to get our food, we left without our complete order, y’all have to look into this and get these workers in check or get a replacement in, the workers lacked communication with us and would not even stay on task after we asked where our drinks were. Their door was broken and they had us close it for them. One of the drinks we received, Caramel ICED Coffee, did not even have ICE! My experience at this McDonald’s was terrible and you guys apparently said y’all would look into this and obviously y’all have not done anything, this McDonald’s is a disgrace to the franchise. Please fix this and for future customers I recommend you DONT eat here.

Hands down the worst McDonalds ever the let’s start the front door is broken with a sign that says please close it it stays open constantly. So it leave in insects there ice maker dose not work there food is absolutely horrible the frys was burnt the they have a sign at the fron that says to use the kiosk so me and 10 people was there to try and use 2 machines while the employees just watch us. Never coming back here again. No customer service

This is where I order the same breakfast every morning on my way to work. Breakfast sandwiches were burnt and I was asked to pull up to receive my drink order. After waiting almost 15 minutes, I went in to check, which they completely forgot about. No apologies or effort to refund my money. I won’t be back.

I ordered on the app. Waited at drive thru speaker for 15 mins. Pulled up to window. Waited 10 mins, was ignored. Pulled up parked and walked in. Was ignored. Employees sitting in booth. Asked if they were open and told them I had an online order. Lady mumbled something. Worst McDonald’s on earth.

The bus driver stopped here for ten minutes before continuing to Houston. I ordered it and went to the bathroom, bought a drink in the shop next door and came back to collect it. It took about 5 mins. Staff was super friendly. Hum taste wise I think I prefer the cheeseburger in UK McDonald’s. The one I had here seems to be more sour in taste.

Do you love terrible customer service? Long waits and incorrect orders? Then this is the spot for you. Seriously, this place has to be in my top 3 spots for worst customer experiences. Had to wait for a quarter pounder with fries and a drink for 15+ minutes in a line of 4-5 cars, mine included. Not only that but they got my order wrong. The team working on 11/08/2025 during lunch time is full of incompetent and slow window lickers. I think I’ve seen more work ethic from a homeless man asking for spare change on the side of the road. Corporate must’ve gave up on these guys a long time ago because with all due respect they are a joke.

We ordered a 20pc chicken nuggets and a basket of fries. Took half an hour to give us our order. Never gave us an update on why it was taking long, until my husband asked what was the hold up. We were informed that the kitchen was backed up and manager had told them to stop taking orders. Once we got our food and went our way found out that our chicken nuggets were under cooked. Worst experience ever!!!!
