I really enjoyed the space and the menu, and the service was phenomenal. Even with a full restaurant during the lunch rush, the manager still took the time to greet us and check in on our table. The drinks were amazing, and the tiramisu with cappuccino was the highlight of my birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Great chain of Italian restaurants serving up tasty salads, pasta and secondi dishes. Very limited vegetarian section. The staff is very friendly and very attentive, constantly filling our water glasses without us asking and making sure the tables were cleared in a timely manner. Food was great and the portions are larger than the typical servings at a restaurant in Italy. In other words, ordering a salad, pasta and a secondi (which is what is typically done in Italy) will be more food than the average person can handle. Each of them are “entree” sizes in themselves. Pasta was fresh and al dente and tasted freshly made. Sauces were not overpowering. Salads had a good balance of flavors. Just about the only type of dish that was underwhelming was the pizza but still tasted great.

I’m a steak girl and my favorite place to eat is at Serafina’s! They have the most delicious food! I go by myself to eat alone to treat myself so I’m always up at bar where I enjoy my meal. The manager Leonardo Rivera always greets me with a smile and makes me feel very attentive while he works the room and checks in on everyone and always circles back to make sure that I am happy with my food and service very generous.
I live in Manhattan, but my family resides in Westchester and when I can, I love coming in here and you should too! Everyone is friendly and food is delish!

Great indoor atmosphere, decor is mostly wine bottles, but done elegantly. Outdoor dining available. Service was friendly, attentive, but waitstaff seemed to change twice midway through our meal with no communication, not a big deal, but would be nice to know who was taking care of us. Food was enjoyable. Plenty of free parking.

My friend and I went in celebrating both our birthdays with a reservation. No one came to our table for about 15 minutes. A server finally very awkwardly stood at our table so we just began giving her our order. After waiting and a very strange interaction, the manager came over and apologized and gave us an appetizer on the house. He was very friendly, apologetic and kind. Our drinks and food came out and everything was fantastic. We were catching up and didn’t feel rushed at all. Pricey but I’ll be back especially since the manager apologized for the strange beginning.

Overall great evening. Went with friends for a birthday dinner, the ribeye steak was not cooked to what we ordered. The rest of the food was delicious. The service was lovely, the restaurant is very cozy and stylish. My friends loved the complimentary Birthday desserts. Would definitely go back, free parking.

We were greeted at the front coming in and going out which was lovely. The waiters were very pleasant and help us pick out options. I had the Branzino which was amazing and my partner had the steak also amazing and succulent. We also had the fresh and tasty carrot juice. My only ick was the bruschetta, the oil was a lot and it was bitter. Overall a must try.
